Great hotel

Posted Apr 11, 2015
Beautiful room(2nd floor with balcony and cathedral ceilings) and spotless with great service and exceptionally friendly staff. Food and activities are not cheap. We went horseback riding, played tennis on great Hartru courts. Great place for golfers. Golf carts included with room. Hotel shuttle service free to areas of this huge resort which take longer to get to by cart(Marina, Mediterranean village) than you may want to travel by cart.

Wonderful resort but stay away from construction

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Casa de Campo is a beautiful resort where we have stayed many times. As of late March 2015 there is a construction project with very loud machinery going up to 12 hours a day. Be sure to request a room away from this area!!

Great getaway

Posted Mar 19, 2015
Wonderful staff and courteous service. Beautiful grounds. We enjoyed the unique experience of playing polo during our stay. The horses were well looked after and suitable for our purposes. We also got to watch a 12 goal game while we were there. Special shout out to Miguel and the other grooms for a great experience!

O hotel é muito bom, com excelentes opções de lazer, principalmente no que se refere a esportes (com ênfase no golfe) e gastronomia.

Wonderful but very expensive

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: The staff were very nice and accommodating.
Cons: The price. $40 per person for buffet breakfast, wonderful as it was, is a lot of money.
Location: We didn't go to any excursions but there is plenty to do. Did play golf though, The Links, Dye Fore and of course Teeth of the Dog. all great courses.
Our overall stay was exceptional. We stayed at the hotel (not a villa), the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, the food was very good, nightly entertainment, and the golf courses were great. The property is huge so they give you a golf cart to get around. They also have timed shuttle busses and small minivans that once you call they are there within ten minutes. The beach was nice and clean and is about 15 minutes by golf cart from the hotel. Golf was great and the $25 plus tip for the caddie is well worth it.

Relaxing and Comfortable

Posted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: The clean rooms, amenities and nice staff, food, spa and the many things it has to offer.
Cons: nothing
Location: Altos de Chavon (little village nearby)
A stay in Casa de Campo is so relaxing! We stayed for two nights the staff, rooms, food were all excellent! There are a lot of things to do besides golf, we did skeet shooting, kayak, paddle surf, visit to Altos de Chavon, many restaurants to choose from and although the Hotel was completely booked the restaurants did there best to keep customers happy.

escape to paradise

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: relaxed atmosphere and enormous property
Cons: web page with daily activities and reservations for dinner
Location: location is more isolated so most everything can be arranged with the staff or you already have it there. Mostly everything is already there for you.
Two years in a row have escaped the northeast storms to be at Casa de Campo in Feb. biggest problem is you do not want to come home. Great place to escape and unwind. Lots of great restaurants to choose from and something for everyone in the family to do. Facilities and staff are top notch. Worth the time and expense!

Great golf

Too expensive especially the all inclusive . Try sanctuary Cap Cana and Punta Espada for more realistic prices!
