“Spectacular honeymoon!!”

Well me and my fiance loved our honeymoon. It was great we made a lot of friends with the waiters and workers there. Everyone was always "Excelente!" which is the logo for the workers. We stayed in the preferred section and we were completely spoiled. Everything was made available to us. Friendly and great staff and the complete experience was well-worth it. The food was good, beach and pools were fabulous. I would definitely urge people to visit.

“Would Definitey Return to Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana”

The ambience and scenery of this hotel is absolutely beautiful, relaxing, and gives you that "vacation" feeling. Our rooms were well-maintained, had air conditioning and restocked fridge on a regular basis. All-inclusive 24-hour room service was great! We enjoyed the pools and white sand beach. The staff was very friendly and though most did not speak much English - they accommodated very well. You never go thirsty as the staff always tries to serve you. I tried the spa and it was sooo nice and relaxing. Must try Portifino and Seaside Grill Restaurants...Wonderful vacation - will go again. Some tips for future travelers, do bring cash as there is currently no ATM and bring plenty of sunscreen!

“We loved Dreams Palm Beach in Punta Cana; we'll be going back.”

The whole family had tons of fun at Dreams Palm Beach in Punta Cana. We already wish we were back there. There were many activities. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed the shows. The food and drinks were fine and abundant. Our kids couldn't wait to get to the teen activities every evening. I really enjoyed the casino. We went snorkling, scuba diving, ATV riding, horseback riding and parasailing (these were at extra cost but very affordable). I wasn't sure what to expect as the reviews seem so hot and cold. Some people love it; some people seem to hate it. We're in the "love it" category. I could nitpick some items that were less than perfect (you need to stake a claim to a lounge chair by the pool first thing in the morning, you need to arrive early to the specialty restaurants, you're not going to see a real filet mignon or New York strip) but, overall, it was still excellent. There is so much food, you are bound to find something you like. There is always something going on: volleyball, water polo, water volleyball, dance lessons, Spanish lessons, aerobics. The resort has some very personable (and nutty) guys who go around organizing these activities and just creating all kinds of fun. This is probably my biggest reason for wanting to go back to Dreams Palm Beach versus other resorts.

“Dreams was like a dream!”

I am very picky when it comes to resorts and what they offer. Dreams Palm beach is the first resort that I can't wait to go back. Every year we pick a different place to go, but this time we are going back to the Dreams Palm Beach. One thing that I am very picky is the food, which is absolutely amazing at this resort. The food, presentation and service in the restaurants is absolutely amazing. They also have an extensive wine list where you can find famous wines. The maintenanace of the hotel is fabulous (it's been open only for a year, so everything is brand new). Foos as well as liquor is available 24/7, they have a great shows. Me being so picky, my boyfriend is amazed that I have nothing bad to say about this resort. One thing I don't understand is reviews where people complain about lost luggage or the ride from/to the airport, it is NOT their fault, if your luggage was lost you should complain about the airline, not the resort! One thing though, gift shop is very expensive! Better off buying souveniers at the airport! Bring singles, tipping does wonders! Only 15 min from the airport! Do not confuse with Dreams Punta Cana - another resort!

“Care-Free Fun!”

I loved every second of this vacation. People were nice all around the resort, everything was clean, service was great, and bartenders were very entertaining and were great at remembering faces and drinks - Daily activities, shows, and spa promotions. Food was great, and plenty - full five course meals that left you in a food coma. The longest we ever had to wait for a table was twenty mins or so, but it didn't matter because there's a bar right in the lobby with a nice outside club/lounge feel that made time pass quickly and it really easy to meet people. This was our first time to Punta Cana, and I would be afraid to try another resort when we come back because of how great of a time we had here. I don't think it would compare! Stop by the pool for a free intro to scuba - the instructors are a blast :)

I,pay for two double bed and the hotel said just appear one bed.after they give two bed in the really end far away of the hotel and 15 min after check in. my room # 5307 the bathroom was a really old model and was all the time not clean.I reaported and tell what happend but they dont fix or clean well the bathroom and also all the time stay wet and have fungus.after that my vacation was beatifull.all people than work are really nice and the attention are wonderful.

“Outstanding visit and resort”

We were at the resort from Sept 26 to Oct 3. Check In was very quick and easy, the staff greeted us and provided us drinks. Our room was very nice and clean, the AC worked great and had no issues with the room at all. The resort was very clean and they obviously take pride in upkeep of the grounds as they were immaculate. The world cafe ( buffet ) was good and the individual restaurants were very good especially the Japanese. Overall we had no issues during our stay, everyone was very friendly and the service was very good.

“Relaxing in Punta Cana”

Dreams Palm Beach was a delightful experience. We went to do nothing & enjoyed every minute. The place was beautiful & well kept.The food in all of the restaurants was very good, much better that we had had in previous all-inclusive. The staff was always extremely friendly and very helpful. They wanted to make you happy. The shows were very entertaining & fun. Although not necessary, take lots $1 bills, the people make you want to tip them because they are so accomodating.We did not take advantage of any of the trips offered. They patroled the beach so there was no problem with vendors. There is so seaweed in the water, but not bad unless there has been a storm. Highly recommend.
