“Awesome Crew”

The staff and crew of this hotel is beyond superb! Everyone, from the upper management to the housekeeping staff, is very polite and friendly. The grounds were kept very clean as well as the room. The only slight complaint is that our room felt really damp. I bought a paperback novel with me and after 2 days, the pages were all wilted. I am assuming it was caused by the location near the beach as well as the tropical environment? Still, it didn't prevent me from having a good night's rest. The restaurants were all good with very large portions. The steak dish at the Italian was my favorite. It was prepared exactly how I requested it. The location of this hotel is not what I had expected. I preferr to be closer to a town so I can experience some of the local cultures. It should suit those who are content with staying most of their holidays in a resort. If I had an opportunity to be in Punta Cana again, I would have no doubts about staying at Dreams Palm Beach.

“Great Vacation!”

Great Resort! Staff was very friendly and attentive. The only time people do not have a great time is when they do not have the right attitude! You are on vacation, enjoy your stay instead of complaining that you see few clouds, they don't control Mother Nature! This was our second stay at this Resort and we would go back!

“Wonderful experience”

I have never been to a hotel with a friendlier and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated as part of their family. Everyone at the hotel is very courteous, warm, upbeat, enjoyable and overall willing to help you in any way they can. I would most definitely recomment this hotel to anyone, I don't have a bad thing to say other than I couldn't stay longer. The food, the drinks and the entertainment was the best and then some. All I have to do now is find another excuse to plan another trip down there :)

“Best Small Resort in Punta Cana”

Service was excellent and always with a smile. The resort is smaller than usual Punta Cana hotels, but very comfortable. 3 pools including one with Jacuzzi. Pool for small children surrounded by lawn chairs for parents is wonderful. Nice, clean beach with plenty of shade and places to relax. 5 restaurants and one buffet in the middle of resort, plus grill by the beach. Overall good, clean, fun place to relax.

“Great Hotel for a first time All-inclusive”

This was our first time to an all-inclusive. To say the least we are hooked. Mostly everything was like or better than we imagined. 15 mins from the airport (for more than 2 people, take a taxi, $25). People are very friendly. Within a day we were greeted by name everywhere on the resort. Preferred club is not really worth the additional cost. We were in bldg 6, 3rd floor. Typical hotel room with a king bed and there was enough room for 2 single beds for the kids. 3rd floor has the elevated ceiling so it feels roomier. Other than that the rooms are nothing special and that ok since the best parts of this resort are outside (pool, beach, bars, non-stop entertainment and restaurants). The pools were nice, not too chlorinated, one is a little bit lower temp than the other. The beach was ok too. The seaweed does kind of get annoying. A short walk to the left of the hotel gives you almost deserted clean beach and water. Great for pictures. The bars serve great drinks except they couldn't make mojitos for some reason. The entertainment includes fun activities like competitions, various beach sports, exercise, and games. There are also nightly shows like a traveling circus. The food in the restaurants and buffet is delicious and sometimes exotic. We enjoyed our two-week stay and would come back again.

“Great resort for price! Made our honeymoon perfect!”

My husband and I went on our honeymoon to Dreams Palm Beach. We chose it because of the reasonable price and 2 recommendations from friends. We were very happy with the service - from check-in to room service to bartenders, entertainment staff and waiters - all were so friendly and accomodating, especially Gasolina (entertainment), Marcia (cocktail waitress), Tony (buffet) and Tito (Seaside Gril). The room was very clean, towels and mini-bar restocked twice daily. Our only issue in the room was the ants that would not go away. They notified us that they were bug spraying one morning, but the ants stayed even after that. I know it's just from the tropical climate and the hotel can only do so much about it, but it got a bit annoying by the last day. The food is very good, typical buffet food and resort food. Our favorite restaurant was the Seaside Grill, where we ate 3 times. Best food, service and atmosphere there, since it's right on the beach. There is a bit of seaweed on the beach, but they're great with sweeping it up and it doesn't smell or attract bugs, like the seaweed I'm used to. We walked 20 minutes to the left of the resort down the beach and found a beautiful, no-resort, crystal clear water, no seaweed stretch of beach. I would highly recommend taking the short walk there. The water was so calm and we had the beach and ocean to ourselves! Overall, we would go back and really enjoyed our stay.

“Definitely will return!”

One of the smaller resorts, GREAT service, good choices for food, nice that you do not have to make reservations for dinner, the beach is awesome - sand white and powdery. Yes there was seaweed on 1 day (weather was active in other parts of the Caribbean), but crews came by often to rake it up.

“One of our Very Best Vacations”

The staff at this hotel is amazing. From being greeted with cold washcloths and champagne at check-in to everybody smiling and saying "Hola" every chance they get - they go above and beyond. The grounds are immaculate. The beach has a little seaweed but which one doesn't in the Caribbean? They have security on both ends of the beach to keep the vendors away and enough chairs that folks aren't fighting over them. The food was incredible. We ate at every restaurant except the French (no one under 16 can go in) and they were all really good, especially the Italian and Asian (went twice, once for table service and once for Hibachi. Not everyone speaks English but typically you can communicate. The pools are very clean and very large. Swim up bar is an awesome touch. Activities thoughout the day. All in all - one of the very best vacations our family has taken. We have a 13 year old and went with a family who has a 12 and 13 year old.

“Great hotel for couples and family”

I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone. Food and drinks are great. The best thing about staying there us the staff. They all maje tou feel so welcomed, and ar home. They all go above and beyond to please and serve you. My husband and I webt with our 4 yr old daughter and she loved it as well. I have to mention two of the staff in particular. Jose from the preferred club pool is amazing! The nicest guy and so helpful, and sofi from the main lobby bar.

“GREAT EXPERIENCE”

great place to go for vacation, friendly staff and full of things to do didn't need to go outside the resort.
