“Nothing Shy of Paradise!”

Picturesque resort on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The staff made the experience unforgettable and the drinks made the trip barely memorable. No complaints whatsoever! We were treated like royalty and the staff rememebered us from one night to the next. They catered to our every request and made it happen. Oh, and the Spa Renova was to die for. Much better priced than most spas and the service was fantastic. My only complaint is that it was only 8 days instead on 18!

“Wonderful staff”

We enjoyed our stay at the Palladium Bavaro very much. This was our first trip with our 9 mos. old daughter. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to welcome us and our daughter. She made many friends with the staff during our stay there (she loved watching them make crepes every morning). Our hotel room had some serious ant issues, which is our only complaint. The beach was beautiful, great food, beautiful grounds.

“Nice time in Punta Cana”

We had a great stay at the Pallidium Grand Bavaro. The service was great. The saff was very friendly and worked hard to make your stay pleasant. The staff didn't speak a great deal of English, but definately enough to answer our questions and help us out. The weather was ok, sunny til noon and then the clouds rolled in. We were still able to do a lot of activities. It only thunderstormed on afternoon. The food was ok, and I'm a picky eater. I never went hungry! The beach was great. We saved money by taking a taxi for $25 for our 30 min. communte to the resort. Locals think Americans are extremely rich and price extremely high. You can get item for well over half of what they initially offer you. I got my hair braided by a woman in one of the beach stands for $25 for my entire head. I'm sure it could have been less, but they are very grateful for what you give them and I felt she deserved for how hard she worked. There were a lot of topless sunbathers, so I wouldn't take children.

“Great place, great service”

The only thing that could have been a little bit better was the food. We ended up eating in the mexican resturant as much as possible, where the food was great. Everything else was amazing, and we cant wait to go back.

The beach was beautiful, the grounds were well maintained, the room was very nice, and staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. I had a wonderful vacation experience.

“Would Go Back in a Heartbeat!”

Not sure what to make of the review that was posted in January - we have a totally different view point! From the moment you arrive, the hotel has a great appearance. The lobby has a beautiful bar where guests gather nightly for drinks, live music and dancing. The grounds were vast with a lot of different things to see. The new sports area will be great when completed. We never had to wait for food or drink and the food was excellent. There were bars all along the beach and at every pool. The beaches and pools were great - it appears that tops are optional both beach and pool side though. They provide chairs and towels, but don't forget your own sun block ($17 in the general store at the resort). We never left the resort and you wouldn't have to, there is a live show, disco and sports bar. We would definitely go back!

“I already told my friends to come with us next year”

The staff was really nice and polite, the room was perfect, only one thing: my husband needed more air condition but, for me was perfect. The food was very delicius, on time, a lot, you will need 7 stomach to try everything. Just a reminder: if the gentleman do not have long pants you can not eat at a la carte restaurants, so make sure dress code, we did not know. This was our first time at this Hotel and we love to come back again.

“Stop looking around...Stay here”

Staff was friendly and very accomidating to our changing needs. Room was well stocked and clean, food was good (Brazillian rest was GREAT!) No need to leave property unless you choose to. Shopping within walking distance of hotel. Locals were friendly and polite, NO worries.

“Great hotel; exceptional value”

First time to Punta Cana and we were very happy with our hotel choice. The Grand Palladium resort is beautiful. The beach is awesome, as are the grounds, rooms, and food. We had 6 adults and 9 teens in our group and everyone enjoyed themselves. I would return to this hotel w/o hesitation.
