“Will definitely return!”
The staff was friendly, the food was great, and the property was clean! The only suggestion I have is, If you have special requests such as double beds rather than a king, I suggest reminding them at check-in.
“Coconut Paradise”
Great hotel on a beautiful beach with freandly people.
“Stop looking around...Stay here”
Staff was friendly and very accomidating to our changing needs. Room was well stocked and clean, food was good (Brazillian rest was GREAT!) No need to leave property unless you choose to. Shopping within walking distance of hotel. Locals were friendly and polite, NO worries.
“Good Experience”
The beds.... that is my only compliance
“I already told my friends to come with us next year”
The staff was really nice and polite, the room was perfect, only one thing: my husband needed more air condition but, for me was perfect. The food was very delicius, on time, a lot, you will need 7 stomach to try everything. Just a reminder: if the gentleman do not have long pants you can not eat at a la carte restaurants, so make sure dress code, we did not know. This was our first time at this Hotel and we love to come back again.
“Not bad at all!”
The hotel was really good, except for few things that kind of upset me sometimes, such as the a la carte restaurantes that takes a long time to bring the food. Also, as mentioned before, the front desk (at the lobby) could be a little more nicer, especially with children, the same goes to the bar at the lobby. My daughter asked for a glass of water and the guy pretend that she was not even there until another guest told him to do so! overall, the hotel was all right, i love the shows at night, especially the Michal Jackson one. The animation people was always very nice at all time.
“Great place would definitely return”
This was my first time in DR and the resort did not disappoint. We arrived to check in and pleasantly surprised with an upgrad to a Jr Suite. It is a pretty big resort and there was a lot of walking around. There a lot of differnt pools but the best one was the main pool. While some others did provide peacefully environments to relax in. Although both pools had restaurants and bars only the main pool had them open. The food was okay, the worse food came from the sports bars but its open 24 hours! If you cannot take semi greasy food DO NOT step in there. The dinner restaurants are great, make sure to get there early enough.
“Nothing Shy of Paradise!”
Picturesque resort on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The staff made the experience unforgettable and the drinks made the trip barely memorable. No complaints whatsoever! We were treated like royalty and the staff rememebered us from one night to the next. They catered to our every request and made it happen. Oh, and the Spa Renova was to die for. Much better priced than most spas and the service was fantastic. My only complaint is that it was only 8 days instead on 18!
“Can not wait to go back”
The resort was great the food was great and the people very friendly I will be going back to this resort very soon. Very easy to get around the resort on the train or by food. Would recommend this resort to anyone. Only one thing is We found the ocean to be warmer then the pools
“Beautiful and Affordable Hotel”
The check in process was quick and the staff was very helpful. The room is nice, each with their own little patio. The bathroom was spacious but the glass door only cover half the tub so if you shower, the water will leak out. The bed was OK and the pillows were not comfy. The bed was very firm and the pillows were also hard, making our necks sore a little in the morning. We had a little issue with the TV being blurry and not having signals and leaking from the bathroom ceiling. The leak was minimal of little drops so it wasn't a huge problem. We requested maintenance on the TV and the leakage but the front desk said some of the rooms had signal problems and they are trying to fix it. They also said they would fix the leak but it still leaked. Both of those issues remained unfixed during our stay of 7days. The food was bountiful and delicious. Overall the hotel was beautiful, clean, very affordable, had a lot of food options, activity options and a warm staff. I would recommend this to everyone. We would definitely go back.
