Pros: Good variety.
Cons: The staff are ultra friendly but I think they can do a better job at telling you exactly what is included in the package.
Location: We stayed on the resort which is quite large.
Overall it is a nice place. You can walk freely between the different hotels in the resort.

Pros: Good quality control. Prior to opening the restaurants on multiple nights, I saw managers checking the restaurant to make sure everything was good.
Location: We went parasailing which was fun, but otherwise enjoyed the resort's beaches and pool.
Beautiful beaches. Great food and service. A Supervisor, Carlos, checked us in and gave us an upgrade. The grounds and hotel were clean. The staff, from groundskeepers, desk personnel, bartenders and waiters were very friendly.

Pros: Nice staff, the food in the buffet was excellent.
Cons: Restaurants except buffet should be with reservations.
Location: Since the hotel is too big, they should have more staff working mainly in the Buffet.
We could not eat at any other restaurant since they do not accept reservations so we have to eat always at the Buffet. Sometimes we have to ask to place drinks in our room as well as everything we need in the bathroom.

First time in Punta Cana. We were a group of 11. The supervisor was nice enough to provide us with our rooms near each other. Excellent we are already planning our next trip. ;)

Nice hotel. We upgraded rooms when we got there. Tried to charge us double, then made us pay in cash. I never had hot water the entire week even though I complained at the front desk and called many times! My friend had his phone stolen as well. Nice beach, but no one waits on you.

Lobby check in had horrible service and very unorganized. Supervisor helping 3 people a the same time. Took us 45 min to get checked in. 1st room was dirty so we moved to second room. That one was dirty too no soap or shampoo, fridge was broken smelled moldy never got fixed. Had a bell boy bring a new guest to our room and open our door at 630 in the morning! I guess front desk doesn't know what rooms are being used. Asked to change room again they wanted to charge us extra money for each night. Supervisor said he would get all our issues fixed and that never happened. We had to call to get our room serviced everyday. The place is beautiful the customer service not good at all. For the specialty restaurants they are not consistent with reservation rules one day you have to make reservations and another day you don't, very confusing.
