Exercise dreamPosted May 15, 2015
Pros: Room, activities and hospitably.
Cons: Getting in some restaurants and to much vendors.
Location: I had great time by the pool. They have a nice beach, tennis courts, volley ball, soccer field, archery and other excursion you can make in the lobby.
Very nice lots of walking if you like to walk. Resort very spacious great shows, nice disco and good food. They have small driving carts so you can get around. Would not recommend casino if you like to gamble too small. Overall I had a good time I would do it again.

Scenery nice people are rude!!!!!Posted May 10, 2015
Not sure that I can honestly blame the hotel 100% however the people for the most part were extremely rude! People constantly bothering you to buy something everywhere! Good luck getting in the fancy places to eat! We were told that we did not have to reserve them and that it was first come first serve only to find out that some DO take reservations! Had I known all this it would have saved me time not having to pack any dress clothes as we did not get a chance to eat at any of them. The one night we dressed up to go we were told that we have to literally go to the place (can't call in) at 5:30pm exactly to book it and that they were full which is ridiculous! We also got locked out of our room and had to walk all the way to the front office with my girlfriend in heels, many empty golf carts passed by that could have taken us but they would not stop! She ended up with blisters on her feet. The funniest part about all of this is that on our 4 night trip we took 400$ just for tips. No need to do that because you will get the same level of disrespectful treatment whether you tip them or not. The bright spot of our trip was our room was nice and clean everyday and the weather was beautiful also we went on a excursion that was fun. I will not be going back to Dominican or the resort!

Terrible and boring HotelPosted May 5, 2015
Pros: The Entrance
Cons: Food, room cleanliness, improve sport bar and speak little English would be nice.
Location: Nothing special, seen better
I travel a lot. Hotel is nice from the outside, but was the worse Hotel ever stayed, staff unprofessional. Atmosphere is boring and confusing figuring out where stuff are located. Food at sport bar was terrible and not fresh, presentation looks like left over (fry fry) as they call it. Philly steak was horrible. Buffet at the dinning room was a lot of nothing, horrible desert, cannot make out what they are, strange. Staff reluctant to speak English even though they cater to mostly Americans. Basically, it is a cafeteria type of Hotel. Plastic cups by the pool is ok, using plastic cups to serve drinks at the restaurant or sport bar it tacky, that is not classy. I will never return to this hotel

Some of the swimming pools need some maintenance and one swim up bar in particular was missing marble siding. sharp edges.

Whoever says this place isn't great is wrongPosted Apr 22, 2015
The resort is massive! The food is good and there's plenty to do but be aware of the locals ready and willing to take advantage of tourists. EVERYTHING FOR SALE IS NEGOTIABLE!! Don't ever pay the first price....offer a 3rd of what they want. ... BRING sunblock, soap, medicine... basic stuff is very very expensive! Sunblock was $22 so pack some...but everyone was very friendly and helpful
