The hotel is beautiful , clean, modern, and well located. Perfect for business and for families who can pay a complementary fee to use the resort facilities next to the hotel. This hotel has become my entry door to Punta Cana. I use the hotel to stay the night before of every vacation to a Resort in the area. So I can get into the resort early in the morning, so I save a few bucks by not paying an extra night in the all inclusive hotels.

“Great hotel (without a pool)!”

The hotel was great, besides the fact that it didn't have a pool (and the expedia page said that it did). Not having a pool is a major point and is not advertised correctly. Other than that, everything was great! The hotel is very new, clean, and modern. The room was nice, had everything you needed and was clean. The free wi-fi was easy to connect to and worked quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! They either spoke English well, or tried to speak English. The breakfast buffet was large, fresh, and tasted good. The parking was very close and free.

Nice option in central Bavaro-Punta Cana. Recommended for short stays away from the all inclusives! I will definitely be back. Their breakfast was one of the best i have had in a hotel in a long time

“Good hotel until you're getting kicked out”

Good hotel, had better service once but still is ok. What I didn't like is that they aren't allowing you to use the facilities for the day after check-out anymore as they used to and all the other hotels and resorts allow you to. You have to check out on time and after that you're literally kicked out of the hotel. Also asked for a wine on my arrival...seems they switched it with the kitchen's vinegar AWFUL!
