Staff was very helpful and refreshingly friendly. Resort was beautiful and had everything you could want on a vacation. Restaurants were all great. Beaches and pools spectacular. We went with several other couples and all but one said their rooms were great.

“Unbelievable Honeymoon”

This was by far the best vacation of my life. The staff waits on you hand and foot. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. I recommend you take ones so that you can tip the bartenders and room service guys. The Royal Service is a definite plus. If you want wine or a jacuzzi at any time of day/night, don't be afraid to ask your butler. The horseback riding was fun, but be prepared if you're not used to it, you will get a little sore. I recommend wearing pants while riding. You need to make reservations a few days in advance at the French and Japanese restaurants. I think the Italian restaurant is by far the best, but you can choose for yourselves. I highly recommend this place, especially for honeymooners.

“Great Hotel”

The hotel was beautiful, very big but easy to navigate around if you choose to walk instead of taking the shuttle. Great service, good food, great beach and pool area. Worth the money

“Loved It!!!”

We went as a family of 4 with kids age 10 and 13 to Paradisus and we loved it. The food was good and the resort was great. Service was about the same as we have experienced in other Carribean and Mexican resorts. The food service did pose a problem with our 10 year old who was really tired by the end of dinner, but it was no big deal. All in all we had a great time!

“Love Love Loved it!”

Resort is ABSOLUTLEY gorgeous! The reserve was totally worth the upgrade. Went with a group and we were spread through the regular all inclusive, reserve, and royal service, so I was able to see all of the rooms. The rooms in the reserve are newer, and larger (although further from the beach) Not to worry there is a shuttle that runs every 10 or so minutes. Hotel workers rarely check your bracelet; we spent alot of time with friends on the royal service beach--where there are hotel workers that offer you drinks, fruit, whatever you want! Rooms were very clean and the air conditioner worked BEAUTIFULLY! Food was edible--japanese restaurant was by far the best; fuego was a close second. All hotel workers are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. I was nervous before going- due to the negative reviews i have read; but this hotel exceeded my expectations and i would go back in a heart beat!

“Best Vacation Ever!”

We take lots of vacation and we like to go to different Island. Thiss was the best vacation that we took out of all. The resort is worth going. It was really a great service. Can't ask for more that what we had up there. It was just a wonderful expwereince. The kids club, the pools, the Ambience of the hotel was excellent. The Family concierge is the best package. They provided us a cell phone and a personal conceirge who took care of us 24/7. Great place can't wait to go back and would not change a thing about this vacation.

“Great honeymoon spot”

There were many things to do, but not forced on you. You could make it as busy or relaxing as you'd like. The hotel is gorgeous!!!

“Perfect Vacation”

We couldn't have asked for a better trip. The hotel was excellent. The staff was excellent and friendly. The beach is beautiful. The pool was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. All the restaurants were great. The golf course is top notch. We are already planning our next trip back.
