Good for people on a budget and big families.Posted Dec 31, 2012
Pros: Beach being near by
Cons: The water piping is disgusting it smells like rusted metal
Location: It's near all the other hotels
I was not aware of this "hotel" which it's not its an apartment, had no hotel services your basically on your own. I should have read the fine print a little better, the only good thing was that the beach was there I didn't have to travel far. Other then the "hotel" we did enjoy our stay in punta Cana.

Decent vacation spot if you don't customer servicePosted Dec 20, 2012
Pros: The apartment space and the beach.
Cons: Customer service at the front desk and at the restaurant. By the way, I asked for new towels, never got them.
Location: Location is pretty good.
Overall, if you don't need any customer service just as from the front desk or from the restaurant area, but you will probably really have a great time but if you need service, it was not good. When I first arrived, the man at the front desk asked me if I came through Expedia. I said yes. He asked me where was my voucher. I said I didn't have one. He said you have to have one. I said that I didn't because Expedia didn't tell me to nor did the hotel. I told him I called the hotel a number a times before arriving and Expedia. No one told me to print anything. He made feel like I was an idiot and asked almost sarcastically, "well what do we do?" I just looked at him and said I don't know. He told me to come behind the desk and enter my Expedia account. That's what I did and showed him my Expedia itinerary. Then he started to read it, like he was right and that he was going to get to the part that said I needed to print the voucher. As he started to realize that I was right. He stopped reading it, didn't even apologize, and just told me to print the page. For the restaurant, I had to get up 5 times just to be served. Terrible both days! The apartment - The size is really nice. The stainless steal looks dirty but I think its because they didn't polish it. The coffee maker wasn't clean. It still had coffee grinds in it. I had to wash it. One of the pillows had a brown spot on it. In the bathroom, they left the vent in the ceiling uncovered I could see pipes and other things.

great experincePosted Dec 15, 2012 on Hotels.com
Montero was amazing. He went out of his way to make stay great. He even had a chef to come to my room to cook lobster for me at no additional cost, only tip if i wanted to the cook. I'm going there again in January if i can find a great deal....great beach and beautiful girls at the restaurant. The Photoshop located at the restaurant does amazing work. He took off 40 lbs.off my pic and they look amazing, he have me a 6 pack. lol. The Haitian guy name Phil helped me a lot with buying souvenirs, so no one over charged me. He was a good person,i had to friend him on Facebook. They waitress name Yacanny was so friendly, she is practicing English. Very sweety girl. I tipped her $100. She started crying, but it made her feel good. I've been to this country about 10 times, but this was the best experience ever.....
Room looks nice but dirty water and appliancesPosted Nov 21, 2012 on Hotels.com
Booked one night stay at this hotel. I think the location is good, just a few mins walk to the beach. My room was really big as well. In fact, it was a two bed room suite. Unfortunately, the rest of it isn't very appealing. The water has very unappealing odor and no matter how long I let the tap ran, the nasty smell won't go away. Then I tried to boil the water, hoping that it would get rid of the smell but the pan that they gave you is dirty as well.
