Room had sand fleas when we checked in. Hardly anyone at resort can understand English, so it's very hard to communicate with them. Food was blah...catered more to European taste buds....we came back starving. Pool was really nice and beach was beautiful. Gift shop is crazy over priced...so don't forget anything from home. When we went to leave...we wanted to buy pictures that were taken throughout the week with different animals...one girl told us it was going to be $65 but charged us $120...we complained but no one cares. I would definitely pay the extra to stay at a resort that is more American friendly.

The only ocean was good. Food was terrible. Staff when you check out trying add service what you don't take. When I checkout teller took 3 towel cards and then tell I gave him one. There is video camera I ask them ask security to check video tape they said customer service is gona come later and we can talk to them. Hi didn't whant us checkout until we pay them for a towels card. Gift shoppe charge double price of invoice price. I found out this when I come back home and check my bank statement. Don't use your credit cards in this place

Food not nice

It was a lovely hotel in itself but the food was nasty which was the only let down of this resort. The people were lovely and made you feel welcome. Are room was spacious with an incredible ocean view, but the room didnt come with a coffee maker nor were the towels changed every day. The entertainment was poor as they used the hotel staff for there main dance shows which was hilarious to laugh at NOT with. ... the excursions we're great for make amazing memories. All in all was a great vacation... just food needs to improve the most, the others things are nit picks which you can make do with..

Beach and pool are nice

Rooms are old, as well as bathroom. Provided no washrags and just rehung used towels. Beds are hard as a rock Beach is beautiful as well as pool area. Food is good.

It is a really good hotel for its food, all day, in front of the beach, very clean room and the hotel in general and the show every night. They only need to change the people in front desk because they are really rude. And they should kick out the vendors every where in the resort.

Not Happy.

Pros: Night shows, they did a nice job.
Cons: Better management i had allot of issues just see my concerns above.

Our room was not cleaned the first, we had to call the front desk and sending someone to come and clean it. Water cut off twice while I was in the shower. Wet towels were put back in our room, sheets on the bed smelled very bad and very rude individuals at the bar and the restaurant. I asked for a receipt at check out and I did not get one. I got the credit card receipt only when I payed for internet and for the safe. Individual at the front desk said "I don't have receipt to give you". Very unprofessional staff, expecting me to speak their language. Everywhere you go someone was coming after you and trying to sell you activity packages (by the pool, in front of the restaurant, at the beach, etc. They wouldn't leave me alone.
