Cons: They need to invest on staff training. Typical they say their pride is to serve people with a smile but that is not true. It's the opposite.
Location: Location is perfect as one can walk into town
I had a very bad experience with the Restaurant Staff, they are very rude, was served food that was not fit for human consumption. Took a picture of what I was served which I will certainly post. However, the Reception staff were ok and some were very nice and helpful.

Two stays in April 2012. The room we were assigned for our first stay was very small, with not enough room to accommodate a second suitcase! For our second stay we had a larger room and a larger bathroom, all much more confortable. The hotel and the neighbourhood are quiet and we appreciated the free wi-fi access to the internet. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We found the buffet breakfast at 15 euros quite expensive and we paid 7 euros for one local phone call of less than 5 minutes.

my entire family stayed for three nights in the hotel and we were very happy . The breakfast and bar food was very good for a French hotel. WE would certainly stay there again.
