Ski break.
Stayed two nights with family for a ski break. Hotel easily accessible by bus or car and walking distance from the ski lifts. Spa facilities available in the hotel.

Good location for a mountain vacation
We spent a couple of nights in this Font-Romeau appartment. An excellent place for a get-away in the mountains. The appartment was in very good shape with new furniture. It offered free wifi access in the hotel lobby. Nice and quiet location.

Hébergement correct, horaires d’arrivée pas très flexible, par exemple, nous sommes arrivés à 11h et nous sommes tombés sur l’accueil fermé jusqu’à 16 h , donc obligé d’attendre l’ouverture pour pouvoir avoir accès à notre logement. Garage couvert et sécurisé très appréciable surtout quand il neige . Literie pas très confortable mais pour 2 nuits ça convient , logement bien chauffé.

Pros: Buena Ubicacion y buen precio. Instalaciones decentes (parking, ascensor) Contras: No nos llego el SMS ni ninguns comunicacion con el codigo para hacer el check in y casi no podemos entrar al llegar. Hay que limpiar completamente la habitacion (sabanas, basura, aspiradora) y sino te multan. Mucho olor a comida en los pasillos.

Résidence hôtelière située au cœur de la station de ski font Romeu Pyrénées 2000 sur un axe passant allant du petit centre commercial à la station . La chambre est spacieuse avec une kitchenette, une salle de bain avec baignoire et un coin séjour spacieux. La terrasse est grande . Tout est là pour passer un bon séjour. Merci

Para empezar Expedia nos reservo 2 habitaciones en este hotel por overbooking en otro establecimiento, cuando hacemos check in solo habia reservada 1 hab!!!! El servicio del hotel es pesimo, los clientes tienen que adaptarse al hotel, en vez de que el hotel se adapte a sus clientes. Cuando queremos reservar desayuno, nos indican que no es posible que ya no hay opcion por estar todo reservado. El parking gratis tampoco se pudo reservar por estar lleno, haciendo check in temprano, 16h Colas kilometricas en recepcion para checkin. Sauna y spa solo se puede usar 1 hora, y esta abierto 2 horas en total, 5 personas maximo cando en hotel deben haber mas de 100 personas.

Nos encontramos con un 'overbooking' y no nos dieron alojamiento cuando teniamos reserva confirmada previamente. Tampoco nos facilitaron solucion alternativa. No lo recomiendo.

Appartement tout confort pour un WE de ski et d'évasion, à quelques mètres de l'office de tourisme et du pied des pistes de P.2000. Proche de Bolquère et Font Romeu pour celles et ceux qui aiment marcher. Grande terrasse, petite kitchenette suffisante, eau bien chaude dans SDB et appartement chaud également. Je recommande.

Hôtel propre, personnel très agréable Dommage que pendant le séjour la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et face à ce désagrément aucun geste effectué(ex:wii offert) sachant que ça faisait déjà 05 jours que ça durait!! Mais sinon pas d'autre fausses notes.. Emplacement de l’hôtel appréciable:pas loin des pistes!!

Poca informacion de como funcionava el desayuno. Se tenia que reservar i no se nos informo el dia anterior. El agua caliente salia fria. I despues de pasar un dia frio en la nieve apetecia agua caliente en la ducha. Por lo demas bien. Buena ubicacion.

Dommage que le départ de la chambre se fait maximum à 10h00 du matin alors que l'arrivée est à 15h00. Le départ pourrait être plus tard car les nettoyage est fait par les locataires.

Pour se qui aime la montagne,et le calme dans une chambre confortable,je recommande. pour le parking auto sur la chaussé,suivant l'heure d'arrivé prévoir jusqu'à 400 mètres de marche,mais possibilité parking extérieur privé pour 3€ par nuit,le tarif reste correct;Nous perso,avons pris le dernier soir pour charger l'auto en toute tranquillité.Possibilité parking souterrain privé,mais prévoir 9€ par nuit. Le service hôtel/réception toujours dispo,et avec le sourire. Attention l'eau chaude est fourni par un ballon (cumulus),donc pas infini,sauf si on met le contacteur électrique en force, je l'ais su,a mes dépend que le lendemain a la réception. Dans l'ensemble très content de notre séjour.

el hotel es sucio , no tenia wiffi , el atendimiento es limitado hasta las 7pm. el spa es pessimo. las almohadas son tremendas, el cuarto sucio. admiten animales entonces depende del cuarto que te toque puede estar lleno de pelos. faltan platos, cubiertos. elementos de limpieza.
