Nice and quiet

Pros: Quiet room and a good breakfast. Though we did not use it, the inn has a very nice pool.
Easy access from the interstate and far enough away to make the evening quite. A very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is well done in very well maintained room.

Pros: It was a great location for us, returning from Indianapolis after long conference. Great, nice quiet evening respite.
Cons: Eggs at breakfast. Broken thermostat in room. No receipt at check-out.
Location: Not there long enough, just an overnight spot. The restaurant that the front desk clerk recommended was good, (Machine Shed) noisy but good.
The only reason I couldn't give an overall rating of 5 is because of the horrible eggs at breakfast and the broken thermostat on the wall in our room. The HVAC worked but without the thermostat keeping the temp consistent, it wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. It should be fixed or removed from the room. The breakfast area is roomy and clean, the eggs looked really good but tasted horrible. I threw them away and made a waffle. Your staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I booked thru expedia and because of that, the rate doesn't show on the registration form at the hotel and at check-out I couldn't get a receipt, I didn't really care for that. The clerk in the morning appeared to resent the fact that I booked through expedia, acted like it was my problem I couldn't get a receipt. He said Expedia would email one, which didn't happen.

Location: Motel was a ways away from downtown

Ok for a night

Pros: Fairly quiet, and easy access off I-80.
Location: Nothing much around except for truck stops.
- but not a premier property. Old carpet, bedding, furniture. Fairly quiet (though thin walls)

This hotel was very nice and in a great location off I80. There is a wonderful restaurant just down the road, Mechanics Shed. Yummy!

Charged twice for stay

I booked my room through hotels.com and paid in full for my stay through the website. I had to leave my credit card info at the hotel when I arrived in case I incurred additional expenses. When I checked out, the hotel charged my card for my room even though I had prepaid for my room through hotels.com. Now the hotel is trying to claim it wasn't them that charged it despite my bank record showing "comfort inn" as the payee.

easy access

Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation for this absolutely wonderful hotel stay. My sister and I drove 7 hours to attend a wedding in Davenport and I had booked the room ahead of time as most guests would do. This Hotel offers so much for a very reasonable price and the Hotel employees were very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, I most definitely will book a room for any future trips to Davenport with the Comfort Inn and Suites on Northwest Boulevard
