We rented three rooms for our family. Two of the rooms were clean and comfortable. The third room had bedbugs, of which my son took both pictures and video.
We presented our findings to the front desk personnel, who synced his phone to capture the video.
I asked for a refund for ONLY that room, and was assured it was forthcoming.
Our stay was on January 9th.
No refund received.
If they intended not to refund us, they should have said so instead of lying.
We stayed at two different Comfort Inn and Suites on this trip ....six rooms for three nights.
I had greqt service and excellent rooms in Mountain Iron ....
But I will have to consider a different hotel chain to give my business .... Your representation in Walcott, IA is neither honorable nor honest.
How can you make this right?
