“Not impressed”

We did not know that the hotel was being renovated. They were laying carpet on the 2nd floor and we had a 1st floor room. My husband needed to rest after a long drive but to no avail! There were white plastic tunnels to walk through. Breakfast was available for a fee. Did not use the pool or hot tub. The room was comfortable, no flat screen TVs.

“Clean and Comfortable”

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel appeared to have been recently updated. My room did not have a microwave so they brought one down by the time I brought my bags in. The room was quiet. Everything was close to get to. Nice location. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there next time I go to Bettendorf or the surrounding area.

“I'd go back!”

The hotel met my expectations. It was clean. One difficulty was that it was hard to find the hotel at night. Signage for the street you had to turn left to get to the hotel was small and difficult to see, especially in the rain. There is a nice restaurant for those who wish to have a hot breakfast before continuing on their journey. The room was wired for internet access which was nice. I would visit this hotel again.

“No breakfast as promised”

Even though my room reservation included a "full breakfast" for two, the hotel failed to serve the breakfast on Saturday morning because the overall occupancy of the hotel was less than some threshold number. So I ended up paying for something that I did not receive which is rather deceptive.
