when we went to check in we were told that the amenities that were listed on Expedia at booking were not actually available. No free breakfast, no cable TV, no pool. They did say we could call Expedia for a refund, so we took them up on it. The public restroom had 1 bar soap for all that used it.

Clearly the management is having difficulties. When you check in they have a sign that says they currently do not have breakfast, or cable TV, or a working pool (none of which we were told in advance); but they're working to resolve the situation ASAP (clearly not). The sign offers that you can cancel your reservation for free if you want (not very convenient when checking in at 10pm). We chose to stay just to keep things simple. The room was ok at best. The shower did not drain well. But since they had very few guests it was quiet at least. I hope management can turn things around. It looks like a nice facility if only they had some money to operate things the way it needs to be.

Place was very clean, but they've got some issues with staffing or something. Pool, cable & breakfast temporarily unavailable, none of which was a big deal to us. However, we only got hand towels, no regular towels because all were sent to a laundry service & wouldnt be back to 9am the next day. Mind you, I had booked this like a week in advance; that was certainly not cool. Our room also didn't have a blow dryer (2 women staying), but front desk was able to get us one...that only worked on low. Not huge things, but issues. But our room was extremely clean, which to me, is super important.

Upon arrival I was immediately told they wouldn't have the continental breakfast, the tvs didn't work, and the pool was closed. They did offer to let me cancel with no fees but after being on the road all day I just wanted a shower. The room I booked a month ago and confirmed the day before was not available which really sucked because it was an ADA room as I'm disabled. Fortuntaely the room I did get had a bar in the shower but still... The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no soap. The "secure" door from the back parking lot to where my room was didn't lock so no key card was required so not exactly secure. And while I've traveled a lot something about this place turned me into a dehydrated mess overnight, both nights. So a travel humidifier would be advisable. If I stayed here again it would simply be because the convenience of the location.

I would not recommend this property. At arrival,a sign was at the desk stating that breakfast would not be available because trucks did not arrive. During checkin, the receptionist mentioned the pool was closed for maintenance and the TVs were not working in the rooms. The room was clean, but upon inspection there weren’t any towels in the room. No place to dry hands after using restroom. Hand soap was not available either. I contacted the front desk regarding the towels and they only brought 1 towel. There were two of us in the room. I stopped by the front desk to get another towel. They said they would bring it to the room. The towel was never delivered. It was a shame. The hotel could be really nice, but changes need to be made.

At check in, we were inform there was no breakfast, TVs aren't working and the pool was closed. Room was dirty, toilet not working, no soap, toilet paper or towels. The side door lock is broken, so anyone can come in - not safe. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had at this price point. Got in late with tired children and told: -NO breakfast -NO working pool -NO cable/working TVs THEN, after agreeing to stay without the amenities advertised due to lack of any real option, we found: -VERY broken pull out couch (had to put the mattress on the floor) -NO bedding available for pull out couch -NO comforter for one of the two queen beds -Room two doors down from us with obviously punched in broken door -Police presence, taking statements from several patrons downstairs as we were exiting I honestly don’t know that you can make this stuff up. Wish I could share photos. We asked to please speak with the manager and were told she was “busy”, no time to speak to guests with concerns. Told she would call later in the day; have not heard anything.

Arrived at the hotel to check in and was informed that the pool was closed, no breakfast would be offered and there was no television service. I was told that I could call Expedia and they would honor the cancellation. Now Expedia and the hotel do not want to honor that cancellation. DO NOT BOOK a reservation here.

Started with my no reservation had to wait 20 minutes while they tried to find it then gave me a room with someone already in it after that gave me another room but told me with a different number ended up walking three times from one end of the motel to the reservation desk after that we couldn't turn off the heater it was on and very hot in the room could only open the windows about 3 in and then when we got back the door handle fell off overall I rate this one maybe two stars because it was very very clean that was friendly but they didn't know what they were doing

1. Didn’t get the king room as requested while booking, hotel was not sold out it’s just there is no staff who works there to make room clean or available. 2. No breakfast (front desk asked me to cancel the booking, after driving 5 hours from another state who would book another hotel?) 3. No hand soap in room 4. TV doesn’t work 5. No manager on duty, asked for manager 3 times (to compensate some refund) but no answer from front desk or they couldn’t locate manager. 6. Hotel checkout receipt says different date. Hope I am not getting charge multiple times.

Check in was smooth and easy. We had issues with the drain in our bathtub that we were told could not be resolved due to management. We found that the jacuzzi was not operational, and they have discontinued hot breakfast. These were all things that we were looking forward to and a reason. We booked the hotel. We will not come back.

The hotel is modern looking and clean. The breakfast was lacking, bagels only, and one of the outside door locks was jammed up. Otherwise excellent!

When we checked in at 3:45pm we were told our room that we had pre booked and paid for was not ready and had to be put in a room with two queens. Also at that time we were then told there would be no breakfast since their truck did not deliver food. At this point they should have discounted out room! We were assured there would be coffee in the morning. In the morning my husband kept checking the front desk from 6:45am until 8:30 am, and no one was manning the front desk at all! This seems like a major safety issue! They need to get there act together!

It worked for me as a clean, quiet, and easy to find place for the night. Staff was completely good. However, since staffing levels appeared low (like most places seem to be these days) there was quite a wait for front desk service at check in & out, as well as when I stopped to ask a question. 4 stars on this point as if it is important to a reader, you should know. I didn't mark down because I didn't need a breakfast, and it didn't affect me. However, I am pretty sure that the site said it included a breakfast. Although there is a nice eating area and what looks as if it would be more than continental service, at 0855 when I checked out there was no indication that a breakfast existed -- nobody in the area, no food, no dirty tables. There were a number of empty water bottles in the trash can I used, but that was all.

First room I was sent to hadn’t been cleaned. They didn’t have another double queen so my kids and I had to stay in two separate rooms. The second room they sent us to had a broken heater and air conditioner. Was freezing in the room. After showering, I realized there was not one towel in the room, not even a hand towel. No one answers phone at front desk. Pool, hot tub, ice machines, all broken. No breakfast due to broken oven. Parking lot hadn’t been plowed from a storm over a week ago. Complete disaster.

The check-in staff was exceptional, however, the facility is extremely dirty, and the parking lot was unsafe as it was not cleared away of any snow, or ice that had become accumulated at the entries to the hotel. When I went to check out this morning, there was no staff and the number that was left to inquire of any issues was not answered. And the door was left unlocked and open with no one to staff the front. That is completely unsafe situation. It was such an unsatisfactory stay that I would like to seek my money back.

The staff was friendly, but seemed to be severely understaffed and didn’t have a lot of resources available to them to help make their guests stay a good one. Nothing seemed to work either. The pool was closed, the ice machine didn’t work, the orange juice at “breakfast” was room temperature, and I attempted to check out at the desk 4 different times and nobody was ever there. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, and since they put us up in a handicap room with with a roll-in shower basically every surface of the bathroom had moisture on it after a quick 5 minute shower. One of our bath towels also had some blood on it, that wasn’t discovered until we were ready to use it. Overall it’s not a great place to stay, but I wouldn’t pin it on the day to day staff. It looks like an ownership issue, and it needs to be taken care of.

We arrived after dark and could not find the building because the building sign was not lit up and there were no lights in the parking lot. Our visit was for 2 nights and the sidewalks were never cleared of snow. There was also a downed tree that I believe belonged to the adjoining property but partially blocked the Sonesta driveway.
