Staff did not keep up with the demand for food at breakfast. They had to be told to get omelettes out and took such a long time to do so that we left without eating at the hotel.

The breakfast was wonderful!! Not only was it delicious but very clean and they were quick to refill the food.

The Staff lined us up with a great place to eat, checked on how we liked our food and sent an e mail to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We felt like were treated like family!

Hotel was great, breakfast was great cheese omelet, sausage and French toast sticks one day and the next was scrambled eggs, potato chunks, and biscuits and gravy, this is only the start with yogurt, cereal, fruit, rolls, muffins, as well as hot oatmeal. Great selection even for grandkids, as well as the pool was nice.

Very nice hotel

This is the second time we've stayed here & it's a great place to stay. Very convenient for shopping & dining. My only disappointment was the pool wasn't available the days we were there.

The pool didn'twork, but the staff let us know up front. We were not concerned, as we went to the movies across the street!

Had trouble checking in, since I booked with Hotel.com the man at the front desk kept telling me what a great rate I had and how hard it is to get t his rate. Also, we had booked this trip with my children, wanted rooms next to each other. We were told we had a handicap room, and with the rate we got couldn't be moved. I told him we didn't book this type of room. Again he kept telling me about our rate and couldn't be moved unless we paid the full rate. Finally he moved us, without charging us.

Considering we booked our hotel for a swim party for our four granddaughters and unfortunately the pool was unavailable. Although we had this disappointment the staff was very accommodating, the management extended a complimentary future stay for us. We are quite impressed with all the Hampton did for us. Thank you!
