The staff was fantastic and while the room "looked" clean, the more time there, the more I noticed dirt/outdated furniture. The sofa in our room was pretty disgusting and there was dirt on the walls - like someone spilled coffee or pop.

We booked the Hampton after walking out of another hotel earlier that night - very relieved to have reliably clean, comfortable hotel to fall back on when the first was a disaster.

Clean, comfortable room. Only sticker shock was another $80 for a pet fee for one night. Otherwise nice, average hotel.

Nice establishment with decent breakfast. room was tidy but the beds a little creeky with every turn. the fridge was nice to have and a microwave wouldve been even better. coffee maker in room was a nice touch but couldn't use it because it didn't look very clean. i just got the complimentary coffee in the lobby.

The hotel was in a good location near plenty of businesses. The parking lots/roads need some love. The bathroom in my unit was not thouroughly cleaned b4 my arrival. There was a dirty wash cloth and a random towel left behind from a previous guest. I still felt safe and comfortable.

Don’t waste your time staying here. I booked this hotel online for our family of 5. The only room available was an ADA room. When I went down and asked for a roll away they told me we were in a standard Queen which only fit 4 and a roll away in that room was against fire code. We explained to them that we booked it for 5 online and that was the options that came up and our room had ADA hand rails and 36 inch doors. The lady at the front desk said we were in a hearing impaired room not a handicap room. After a back and forth conversation that went no where, I finally asked for extra sheets because someone was sleeping on the floor. We waited for them until 10 pm and they never showed with our extra bedding. I also asked the lady to change us to a suite so that we could get a roll away and she said they were sold out. Online showed that option available. She argued with me about that as well. The toilet in our room rocked because it was seated incorrectly, the toilet paper holder was broken and there was no soap in the shower. There was a baseball tournament going on and kids were running the halls until midnight. After a 12 hour drive, and $260 forked out for a hotel room we were beyond disappointed. The staff was rude, unfriendly and totally unwilling to help us.

Offered no room service without request and I put in for that. 3 days into the stay I had someone knocking repeatedly on the door for service and they said it was not communicated. I notified the front desk and they said they updated it but then I dealt with it for the remainder of my stay regardless. There were also ants coming out of the wall by the shower. One of the outlets only half worked. Being next to the pool also turned into a mess with kids and their parents being noisy in the hall way.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, by far the nicest on our travels. Liked the little extras like the nightlight in the bathroom, linens, furniture. We felt a better experience than Holiday Inn.
