Pam from House Keeping helped us out with replacing batteries in the heater remote and verify the heat was working. All staff was nice and helpful. Good breakfast selection and kept hot and stocked.

Legalized theft
Breakfast was not prepared at the proper time and when asked when it was going to be ready was told when it's done rooms are musty and sheets were dirty . When I checked out they said I had been smoking in the room . I don't smoke so the kept my deposit. Do not stay here it's full of extended stay locals. The front desk clerk is also a extended stay guest. I complained to quality inn and was told the y are a franchise and they didn't know if I would get my money back. Stay clear of this motel.

This hotel was disgusting! They pained the bath tub and the paint was pealing off the ceiling was caving in!! There was NO HEAT!!

Definitely needed snow removal in the parking area. Elevator out of service which is very inconvenient to get luggage to 2nd floor. Room was cold and unable to change thermostat. Phone cord was damaged and no instructions how to contact the front desk.
