This staff at this hotel were fully incompetent. I ordered a Caesar Salad from room service and they forgot the dressing. Normal customer service would dictate that I would be offered a refund. This hotel staff did not understand normal customer service standards.

The room I was in had no outside window. My window looked into the lobby. Hotel was well furnished, although the pillows took some getting used to. The checkin staff seemed very distant and just short of rude. The kitchen and room service staff were pleasant and helpful. Food from the hotel restaurant was great. Parking was ok. Overall it was good, but I expected more from The Radisson.

Nice hotel for easy access to the River Center

Pros: Easy access to the Adler theater. Pleasant staff and garage parking.
Cons: Bed comfort. We have stayed before with the sleep number beds. This room had an extremely firm mattress.
Location: River Center and Adler Theater connected with a skywalk. Close to restaurants.
We have stayed at this hotel many times before when traveling to Davenport for dance competitions. It is a nice hotel with very pleasant staff members. This visit our room temperature was a little difficult to regulate and the king mattress was a bit too firm. But overall we really like this hotel.

The hotel was nice for the most part. It appeared that the bartender didn't really know what he was doing and was seen filling other positions throughout the week. I was very disappointed that one morning I did not receive my wake up call and had to hurry to make the class I was in Illinois attending. Is close to many restaurants although unfortunate that they charge $8 daily for parking.

Pros: Quiet - at the time!
Cons: The king-sized mattress was long overdue for replacement.

The staff was not very friendly at all.

Pros: The view in the atrium was beautiful.
Cons: Hire some staff that enjoy working there and enjoy working with people!
Disappointed in the lack of friendliness in the staff. They also tried to charge us for parking we did not use. The temp in our room stayed chilly despite raising the temp again and again, and one of the beds had a dip in it on one side. We made the best of our stay anyway.

Graduation

Pros: Location although Davenport isn't large, we could have been just as satisfied at a place not in downtown
Cons: Update, more comfortable beds
We were in town for my graduation and brought our young kids. The hotel was a little disappointing. It was dated and pricey.

2nd stay here.

Was able to checkin much earlier than expected. That was appreciated. However, I was charged $8.00 daily for parking in hotels private lot. I was given a pass to access lot, but on 4 days of my 5 day stay, lot was open and accessible to the public. That was not appreciated.
