Needs new mattresses.Posted Nov 19, 2013
Room was mainly clean and nice. But the mattress needs replacing. You should not feel the whole bed move when your partner moves in a king size bed!

Good room but a little out of the wayPosted Nov 8, 2013
We had a good experience here once we found the place. It is just a little off the beaten path and we had to drive around the building to find the entrance. Unlike most motels, there was nothing to indicate where the lobby was at. Not hard to find after we circled the building once, however. Small parking lot but big rooms. The bath towels were the thinnest ones I've ever seen but the other towels were just fine - go figure.

Good place to stopPosted Jun 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our family of 5 with a 9y/o, 7y/o, and 1 y/o is too big for a single room typical hotel. This was a great setup for an overnight stay as we returned home from vacation. Spacious rooms, quite area, easy access to a variety of dining, and a great hot full breakfast to start the day. We'll definitely be staying here again when our travels take is in this direction.

Bed not very comfortable. Good location. Quiet. Close to eating places and stores. Room neat and clean. Full kitchen was nice to have. Would stay there again.

Big PotentialPosted Nov 14, 2011
To be fair, the hotel is in the process of much needed upgrade, so loose tiles, dated wallpaper, rusty hardware in the pool area, etc. was to be expected. Didn't expect the mildewy, moldy shower curtain or the dirty cup left behind on the counter. Oops, housekeeping. Friendly helpful staff in the front area. Nice breakfast choices and staff. Lots of potential, though, so in a few months time it might be awesome!

I got room for Grandson and they were pleased. They wished to stay an extra night and I agreed. I told them to go to desk and ask and see what needed to happen. The lady at desk told them it would be fine and gave them no other instructions. So they swam and stayed all afternoon, however locked their key in room and went to desk to get a key when they were told they could not stay because they had not reserved room. He called me and I talked to them but did not have my charge card with me and was told I had to give it to them again. I called customer service, still no satisfaction. I hunted up my husband to get a card from him to use but by then grandson decided to just leave and come home as he said the people at the desk were being very rude to them. I had a charge card on record and am sure if not checked out in time they would have had no problem billing that card then. Whoever I talked to was not very helpful either so it was a bad situation. I was away from home and the credit card I had used was in another purse and not available to me. It would seem that something could have been done. I had the confirmation number which I gave them.

OK but wanted more.Posted Aug 4, 2010
We were hoping this would be as nice as the Residence Inn in Moline, which was booked for the weekend. It was clearly not. Not as new or well-laid out. The lady tending the breakfast in the morning was very friendly and helpful. I have come to expect flat screen TV in room, not so here. Entire facility needs updating.
