Clean rooms, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the bathrooms. Pleasant and helpful staff especially Robin in the dining area. Good hot meals and very tasty.

Our room had an infestation of ants and refused to switch us rooms. They sent someone to vacuum one spot in my room and did nothing else about the ant issue. Management and staff were very nagging about everything and very unprofessional and rude. They also were watching every thing I did on the camera and admitted to it. Then decided at 4 am to kick me my friend and our kids ranging from 7 months old to 11 years old out because our tv was too loud and we never got a single warning. Me and my friend and our kids woke up to 3 cops standing in our room with bright flashlights telling us we had to leave which was traumatic for children. It was a horrible experience.

It was a nice clean environment. The complementary breakfast wasn’t that great it was not a lot to choose from. The bed mattress on one side had a lump in it. Other than that I have no complaints. The staff were really nice. They greeted you every time you walked in the building. All in all I give them five stars.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping service was poor. Had to ask for clean towels, trash to be emptied, more toilet paper and Kleenex. Stayed 6 nights and nothing was done unless we asked for it. Bed sheets were not changed or the bed even made up. No vacuuming or trash emptied.

Need softer beds
Staff was great, breakfast was really good, but have stayed before and dont remember the bed being so uncomfortable. It was very hard. Prefer a softer bed and I had a rough night's sleep both nights. Reasonable price for the rooms and they had most everything you need in the kitchen. Add a pillowtop and it would have been a great holiday.

It 2 bedrooms having a bathroom each with privacy and sofa bed which is perfect for 4 adults and 1 teenager. And a full kitchen is a definitely plus. Everything is actually nice and clean except for certain areas. 1. The sofa bed- when I removed the cushion. Crumbs of bread and dirty spots was on the sofa bed. I had to clean with disinfectant thouroughly. There was no bed sheets available. Need to call front desk for that. Which is not really a hustle. Only one pillow available but possibly it should mention if it is clean. Like a card that will say clean in the plastic container. 2. Bathroom bathtub bottom shelf to hold items. Under that shelf seems to have a black mold. Needs to brush it out. You can see it when you sit at the toilet bowl. Since I am short. I can really see it. Room 108 I have to say the positive outweighs the negative. I would definitely still pick again Residence Inn Marriott.

Great for a family of 5. We were all able to have our own space for sleeping in one of the suite type rooms. Placed the couch cushions as a barrier between the chase and the pull out bed to create a nest of sorts. Super clean and the parking lot was full - always a good sign. Staff were so friendly.

Great room, we were there 1 night. Quiet, but is about a 10 min drive from downtown/Vibrant Arena. Nothing is really walkable from the hotel. We had the 2 bedroom suite, very spacious. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom with tub/shower cimbo. Everything was fine, rooms are ckeqn e ough. It coyld use a little ypdating and our eoom couldve had a good deep cleaning. It was 3 adult women in Moline for a concert. We felt very safe and would certainly stay there again!

Typical Residence Inn, except this one needs some serious cleaning. The furniture was filthy. Crusty stuff everywhere. The pool area was a nightmare.

The room was nice and clean. We had.a kitchenette area allowed us to cook if we wanted to. The room waa spacious for group. The staff was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Almost like home
We booked our stay because of the wonderful breakfast. :) We travel a lot, and this property is the BEST option by far! We also have pets, and the rooms are as close to being at home as possible for us and them. Thank you for making us feel comfortable. We planned our trip to be able to stay here in Moline!

They let us check in early which was great! Our room was clean but had a lot of wear in the carpet and bathroom. We went to go to bed and our bottom sheet was not even on the bed. So, we did not think our sheets had been changed. We called and asked for fresh sheets and they delivered them but we had to make our on bed.

Our room was beautiful, very clean and quiet. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and our room was stocked with everything we needed. We were very impressed with the size and style of the room, especially for such a good price! They definitely helped make our anniversary trip special and worry-free. We will be staying here again next time we visit the Quad Cities!

I had a room reserved for two days. there was no staff to clean room. When I asked on check out I was told I must request that service on check-in. Free breakfast had hot food for international visitors from southeast asia.
