Close to Montmorency FallsPosted Jul 22, 2014
We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel worked well for what we needed. It was very close to Montmorency Falls and Ile d'Orleans. It was also pretty close to Vieux Quebec City, only about a 5 minute drive.

Great service good hotelPosted Jul 19, 2014
I would come back again. The food is great, the staff is very kind. The rooms are clean and they have a good size. I went to quebec with My family and this hotel was a great choice. Eventhough it's not in the old quebec it really close. And you have a lot of choices of restaurants near the place. The breakfast of the restaurants hotel is very good

Great pools for the kids.Posted Jul 18, 2014
We had a great time at the hotel. The room was big, free parking, friendly staff and great pools for the kids. One regular pool and one splash type.

Nice hotel just a taxi ride away from Quebec CityPosted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Clean, quiet if you don't want to stay in busy Qc City, super helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Please keep it that way!
Location: Taxi is about 15 dollars and save you time to look for parking. Across the street they have a superb breakfast place. Very close to Montmorency Falls
We stayed at this hotel last year and we love the fact that they have a nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi. After walking all day at Qc City, it is nice to go back and soak your tired body in that jacuzzi. The staff recognized us from last year and were extremely happy to see us again. They even switch our rooms to be on the same floor close to each other. They have a nice restaurant now. This hotel is quiet and well kept. It is nice to have that enclosed green area and be protected from any cool or wintery weather.

Great location!Posted Jul 16, 2014
Cons: Dirty carpet needs to go...
I am a returning guest, the location is great for my visits to Quebec City! Minutes from vieux Quebec, easy highway access to other attractions, aquarium, chutes de Mont Morency, mega park, villages vacances Val Cartier. My daughter loves the pool and my husband likes all the restaurants that are within walking distance.

Hotel was decent for the price. Bed was comfortable but the mattress was slanted down towards the head of the bed.

Hotel lacking in small comforts and servicePosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: The pool
Cons: Please read the section on experience
We are used to US hotels that offer a lot in terms of customer service. Small things like complimentary fresh coffee are things that we take for granted. Do not expect any such thing in this hotel! Even the coffee sachet that comes with the room is hard to come by. For a double room, they stock one creamer with two sugars, and one has to run down to the reception to get supplies. Further, they are so uptight in terms of microwave usage. I had some leftovers which I wanted to heat up and asked if I could use a microwave oven. I was kind of taken aback when I was told that I need to rent one for $10 as they are not allowed to let guests use the one that they have!! To top off our bad experience, the maid kept barging into our room on the day of our check out. The check out time was noon and we were taking things slow. At 10 AM, she came in and asked if she could clean the room. We said that she could come in an hour. Well, we were not quite ready at 11, but the maid was! This was very annoying as it felt as though we were being necked out of the room. Will not recommend this hotel!

Poor comfort, should not be a 3-star hotelPosted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Staff was very nice
Cons: Fix air conditioning, fix smell of chlorine in reception area
Poor comfort, far cry from 3-star hotel. Air conditioning out of order on a hot summer day (32 degrees, felt like 42). Reception gave instructions by phone on how to start the fan (warm air, not cold) but it worked for 1 minute and then it stopped. At check-out receptionist did offer to discount my next visit there because of lack of air conditioning, but I'm not going back... Strong smell of chlorine in reception area.
