OK place to stay however way way way overpriced.

Pros: the rooms are big.
Cons: more comfortable beds and better maintained rooms.
Location: hard to get to from the TCH
Check in was quick. Room was ok.....beds were very hard and the wall paper is coming of the walls. I have stayed in many hotels and this was probably of the biggest let downs for the price. There is really nothing to get excited about. The only restaurant in the hotel is very pricy and not a place to just go in and get a simple meal.

Excellent customer service

The staff went above and beyond. The price was excellent. However the restaurant in the hotel was too expensive. On saying that the variety of restaurants on the street made it easy to afford .The restaurant across the street Was good prices for family .Greatt hotel and location .

Strange hotel

Posted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: Good price
Cons: Probably nothing. this is what this hotel is.
Location: it is on the end of the city. Big plaza, Subway, McDonald, couple restaurants. We ate breakfast at Nordin across the street. Like breakfast very much.
this hotel located on a big plaza with plenty of places to eat. Other then that nothing to say. Very worn out furniture in room. pool is very small. make sure you are understand that you can stay in a water, but no swim. it is more decorative pool. Jacuzzi located next to pool. Pool and Jacuzzi closed at 10pm . Window in room does not have any option to open it for some fresh air. But air conditioner works very good. there is no way to walk to downtown or Old town. Need to drive your car, then park in the town for $20 on average. or you can take a bus for $3 one way. In a pharmacy can buy one day bus pass.

Fun place for the family to stay!

The kids absolutely loved the pool, hot tub and waterfall! The rooms were comfortable and pretty clean, and the location was very convenient to Montmorency Falls.

Reasonable Rates but no breakfast included

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: Staff friendliness stood out.
Cons: Lower rate or include breakfast in current rate.
We arrived very late - about 1:30am - for check-in. Mike at the front desk was super nice, friendly and helpful. There was water on the bathroom floor probably from condensation but couldn't really tell; otherwise the room was clean. Hotel rate should have included a breakfast but you have to pay for breakfast at the hotel restaurant or at the 'other popular breakfast restaurant' next door. We wanted to stay in Old Quebec City but if you're just over-nighting during a road trip you can find hotels closer to the highway.

Excellent value for the price.

Pros: Convenience and comfort. And the pool.
Cons: Coffee in the lobby would be nice. The poolside bar was never open, unlike in the website photos. The AC/heater fan is loud and windy.
Location: The location is unattractive, on a strip of commercial retail plazas and fast food restaurants, but it is a fast, easy drive from the old city.
Clean modern room, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, good shower, big TV. Good quality overall for an affordable rate. The pool is warm and the hot tub has a little waterfall you can sit under. The staff speak fluent English and are professional and helpful. Parking is easy and free. The attached restaurant is pretty good too, especially for breakfast (at a 15% discount for hotel guests).
