“Frusterating Experience”
The hotel was clean and comfortable, but we had some issues with checking in and out. At first we were told that our room was only reserved for 2 people and we had to find our actual reservation conformation paper from online to prove that it was booked for three. Then we were given a room with a single and double bed when we booked 2 queens. Not necessarily an issue, just not what we booked. Check out was a nightmare as the clerk at the desk could not figure out how to run the credit card through the machine. We ended up on the phone with the credit card company and spent hours trying to make it work. Turns out, the next day the manager came in, entered the cc code on the back, and it worked fine! A lot of hassle and a huge phone bill! All in all, I would not recommend this hotel, just a frustrating experience overall.
