Le Bon souvenir de ma vie

Pros: Mon Séjour traité comme un Roi. La propreté et le service.
Cons: Déja Professionnel
Location: Tout y est, centre d'achat pas loin et d'ailleurs en plein centre ville.
La sécurité, le calme, le service respectueux et courtois sont les grandes valeurs que je retiens de cet Hotel de classe. Les autres clients semblaient joyeux en même temps que mois. Je reste satisfait et je retournerai dans cet Hotel de Classe. Merci à la Direction de l'hotel Clarion et à www.Expedia.ca MISSION ACCOMPLIE

we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel .

the location of the hotel is good .10 mins driving to all the attraction of Quebec such as falls old Quebec.the room was clean .good aircondition, bath and shower are good .breakfast is not included but it is $6 for good quality breakfast buffet .we enjoyed our stay in clarion hotel and i recommend this hotel to everyone.

Okay hotel, room in need of some maintenance

Pros: The lobby was nice and front desk staff were very polite and bilingual.
Cons: The bathroom in the room!
Location: Weird freeway intersection access.
Overall an okay hotel, nice lobby but rooms are dated. No electrical plugs available, shower faucet broken, and toilet ran continuously. Weird sink with pvc pipe showing through counter. Lounge hostess was not very welcoming. Overall a mediocre stay.

We had a staff knock on door in middle of night.

As they dropped the Expedia bill in error. Except for the above kids loved it and had a great time.

The room is clean, but there is not microwave, the swimming pool is shallow and cold.

Great stay not too far from downtown and les Plaines d Abraham where we wanted to go. Good pricing for the quality of the room
