Really nice place to stay

Posted Sep 2, 2014
It was a pretty large room and has everything you need. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. It was a little far from Quebec City but it's a great view and a really quiet place. Other amenities were not far at all.

Functional and close to the mountain

Posted Aug 6, 2014
Functional, but our unit did not have A/C (and it was around 30celcius inside) and the wifi did not work. Good for the rest of the year, but hot summer nights, not so much.

Very nice. The only issue is that you can't check out before 8 am The restaurant next door was wonderful. Food was delicious. The staff amazing.

A hidden gem

What a pleasant experience! Even though the bathtub leaked a bit, we wouldn't mind coming back. magnificent view, secluded setup, and a below average price along with prime location have made this our new favourite resort

Check in was 3 hours late and was promised a call by the manager which we never received. The chalet was dated but nice enough. There was a water leak which was not fixed until the second night. There are no amenities at the hotel/chalet. Overall the chalet was fine and we enjoyed how much space there was. We spent minimal time there while skiing but I would definitely look elsewhere when heading to this area next time before booking this chalet again.

Ok for one night

Posted Jul 15, 2013
Pros: No extra charge for children.
Cons: Someone with a key tried to get into our room early in the morning while we were just getting up. Glad the chain latch was on.
Location: Near the base of Mont Saint-Anne ski resort.
We booked this hotel for the pool, since we were travelling with kids. It was ok. It seemed there was an extra charge for everything, local calls etc. The Internet access was not great and kept cutting out. The restaurant attached was more like a bar and was extremely loud with large groups of people smoking right outside the outdoor patio. No ice machines. No breakfast.

clean, renovated, comfortable

The rooms were clean and all the appliances were OK, except the very noisy air-cond., we had to turn it off at night. Beautiful nature, pictoresque views on St.Anne mount. Rather far away from Quebec City (40 km), but close to Montmorancy Falls and St.Anne Cathedral ( a must see!).
