Overall nice hotel. It is the perfect location as it is central. Very nice lobby and restaurant ambiance. My complaints are that I find the restaurant lunch and dinner menus very limited, and that there is no fridge in the room. I feel that a good hotel like that should provide a fridge.

Great spot in old Quebec City. The valet service was impeccable (Mario and Alex). Could get cabs easily. Staff speak English well when needed. Les Mordus Restaurant makes amazingly fluffy scrambled eggs...yum. Rooms are clean and bathrooms newly renovated. Loved everything. .

Perfect location, very professional staff especially at the front desk they go out of their way to help you. The hotel is clean, safe and there are many excellent restaurants near the hotel.

Hotel is very nice. Some things to take into consideration. Queen bed felt like a double, there was no desk in the room which made it hard to work and slow elevators meant waiting everytime you went up or down. Not deal breakers but would have been helpful to know in advance.
