The location was close to the Old Quebec walled shopping district. I can't say enough about Max at the front desk. He was exceptionally helpful during check in and during our stay, with restaurant recommendations.

Bel hôtel situé dans le vieux Québec. Il est malheureusement situé devant une station service, ce qui gâche un peu la vue. J'y retournerais sans problème.

Property right in the heart of old Quebec, very close to the train station and a lot of attractions! Good restaurant down stairs inside the hotel as well. Hotel was quiet and clean. No complaints.

Cute hotel that is close to many parts of Old Quebec. Can walk 15 minutes in various directions and access tourist activities and attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant in the bottom of the hotel offers delicious foods.

The room description was for a suite which implies room separation. There was a king bed with a fold out for our kids 4 feet away. There was no closet to hang coats or clothing. The staff was pleasant. Honestly, for the price- the room was average and the basics, like shampoo, soaps, additional blankets had to be requested. We loved that we could easily walk to Old Quebec. But, will not return to this hotel.

The location is very convenient and walkable to a lot of restaurants nearby. The heating wasn't working so we had to use the extra blanket and snuggle to keep warm. We realised that after 10pm so didn't want to use the emergency line as it was still 19°C in the room and could be considered comfortable. Security is great with a code to get im after 10pm so no one can get in late at night. The convenience store across the street is a nice but the restaurant is only open fron 5pm to 10pm wed to sun so we had to walk in the rain to get to Buffet de l'Antiquaire.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Safe, quiet, convenient, walkable. Close to train station and bus stop. Close to gas station, which is convenient, in case you want to get some water, drink and snack.

We were sailing on Holland America and this hotel is close to the port. It had bars and restaurants in the immediate area and if you were able to walk up a big hill, there was a street full of bars and restaurants and some even had live music.

This was a great hotel close to train and the ship. 2 blocks up was the stairs to get into Old Quebec. Everyone was friendly and I picked this one since it had an elevator and we had big luggage with no car so we didn’t have to park there. Room was clean and a very modern bathroom. I’d definitely stay there again!

Loved the hotel, location, front desk service was terrific whether you needed a taxi or a restaurant reservation or directions. They are happy to assist. Restaurant within the hotel was excellent. Don't hesitate to order the skirt steak - was amazing as is the owner.

This place was much nicer than expected. It was right across from the Port. The room and shower were excellent and exactly what was indicated on the Expedia site. The air conditioning was central, and the room was quite comfortable.

It is close to the Old City but you do have to go up a steep slope to get there. With a young child and two senior citizens, that became tough for us. The room itself was very nice. The only problem was that some of the switches did not work well. However, the management tried their best to resolve this issue as soon as they could, which I really appreciated.

The walk to go uphill can be demanding for some guest but the walled city is easy to reach by funicular for guests who do not want to use the hills. The hotel is clean, tidy and in a quiet area. It is an easy walk through the art district into lower town and upper town. The staff at the hotel are great, I was arriving after the check in desk closed and found it easy to get in contact with the hotel for check in instructions, the staff are also very friendly and easy to talk to whether to speak English or French. Had a great experience staying at this hotel.
