“Would stay again next visit to Quebec”

I loved the decor, clean, cozy and nice staff. It is nicely located. McDonald was across the street for morning coffee conveniencee. Three bus lines, 11, 800, and 801 all take you to old Quebec in 20 minutes within 5 minutes walking from hotel. The 800 and 801 ran every 5 minutes. There were three nice malls diagonally across, where you can get your bus pass from Brunet. Highly recommend. It is also not far away from the airport which costed about 18 dollars from airport to hotel. If you buy one day bus pass which allows you to ride the electric bus and metrobus. The 800 pretty much loops you around to many area of interest.

OVERALL IT WAS GOOD. NICE HOTEL, GOOD PRICE, VERY CLEAN, NEAR EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO SEE IN QUEBEC CITY.

“Very Nice Hotel in Great Central Location”

Very nice hotel, located in a very central area of Quebec City near the main shopping centers. Also only a short drive to the beautiful walled in section of Quebec City. The Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke great English. There is a swimming pool which was a nice perk, and a very nice restaurant within the Hotel as well.

“The hotel is clean and conveniet”

We went to Quebec city for a family trip of 3 days. It is nice staying in the hotel. The hotel is clean and new, close to bus stops, restaurants, high ways, easy for going to downtown. and kid like the small indoor pool. Staffs are friendly, some are great in English, some have a little accent, still good. the room and bath room is little small for us, but still good enough.

“Nice but be aware if traveling with someone who needs assistance”

We assumed a multilevel hotel would have elevator service to all floors, but no! We had a handicapped person that had to go up and down a half stairs and luggage had to be carried. We didn't need or ask for a 'handicapped' room but assumed access without stairs. This was the big problem. Ice machine was broken but desk staff got some from the kitchen with a smile and recommended a great restaurant for us. Other wise very nice.

Even though we arrived at the hotel late night, our room was guarentee. the staffs are very kind, and the hotel is so clean. of course, I will stay again when I visit Quebec.

Very good hotel with clean large rooms. Good location (10 -15 min by a bus to old part of the city). Recommend this hotel!

good hotel. The hotel 2 level parking is definitely requires repair.
