Beautiful views

Posted Apr 6, 2014
Pros: The view
Cons: Courtesy coach
Arrived at 7.10pm, no one about. key left in security box. Horrendous drive to negotiate down to the unit. Unit was tidy, only small milk pottles for coffee. Only enough coffee for 2 cups. Any more and we would have to get some more ourselves. Havent see an staff members till we dropped the key off. Looked like some of the units were rented out permanently as some looked untidy

Excellent views

Solid hotel, excellent views just not well maintained. Cracked tiles, poor drainage and dirty bathrooms. Dissappointing as views and location were excellent. Suggest a sofa bed upstairs to make use of the vista

Pros: Quiet, good view, freeparking
Have to clean room and get rid of rubbish yourself, not expected for the price!

Stay in Queenstown for a few days

Posted Feb 21, 2014
Pros: The view!!!!
Great place to stay at a reasonable price for Queenstown. Beautiful view! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walk from downtown. The kitchen had everything we needed so we could save up a bit by eating in for breakfast. There was even a washer and dryer in the apartment. highly recommend it.

Overlooks the lake from a very tiny veranda

Posted Jan 16, 2014
Was classed as luxury not sure on who's standards. (Not Australian). Unit was tired looking, but very clean & tidy. One worn towel for 6 night stay. Did get more, but charges for them. Overpriced a little, (could do with a coat of paint.) Tiny two chair veranda was disappointing though we could see the lake! no facilities on site & a little way out of town.

Great view, far from town centre. Pleasant stay

Posted Dec 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room has an amazing view but it is a 20min walk from the town centre. The wireless has a surcharge which is understandable but I was told by the staff that even if we pay for the wireless service, the connection may be weak due to the location of the room. I was abit disappointed to find that my towel was not very clean too. But overall, it was comfortable with a spectacular view of the lake, quiet neighbourhood, easy check in and out when the staff is not at the reception desk.
