“Stunning views and the most comfortable bed ever!”

Fantastic location within easy access to all main areas of Queenstown. Nice enough rooms with a great view and really comfy king beds. Hotel breakfast is rather expensive, but there are other options within walking distance. Concierge was good and looked after us well. I would stay here again unless I was on a budget.

Perfect location right on the lakeshore. You can walk to anywhere in Queenstown.

Our first two nights in Queenstown were at this hotel right before an early morning departure for Doubtful Sound. The location of this hotel is perfect, right across the street from the wharf where boats leave for trips on the lake--and where the buses depart for Real Journeys to Milford and Doubtful Sounds. Our room looked out over the lake--the weather was cold and rainy while we were there, so we couldn't spend much time on our lovely balcony. But inside the hotel, we were snug and well-cared for. I left some prized possessions behind, and the staff located them for me and mailed them to North America for me (since I had already left New Zealand). We'd love to stay there again!

“Great Value”

Needed a place for one night. This place was centrally located and met all of our needs, except there was no workout room or swimming pool.

By far the best location of any hotel in Queenstown. Upgrade to a lake view room and you will see the lake, and you can walk to everything in town within 5 minutes.

“Prime Location, no free wi-fi”

Perfect location and sound quality. Nothing more to ask for in a hotel....except complimentary wi-fi would be a huge help for those that need to stay connected back home. Front desk and concierge were paramount in making this part of the trip go off without a hitch.

Hotel was in excellent condition with comfortable rooms. The location was perfect. I found the staff to be a bit lacking, especially in helping plan activities, but luckily we didn't need them much.

A very nice, clean and conveniently located hotel in Queenstown. Room was superb: clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was very nice. The concierges were young but helpful. Only issue we had was we only received 20 minutes of free WiFi a day and only from the lobby.
