Stunning 180 degree views, spacious luxury.Posted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: Position, views, luxury modern apartments.
Location: Close to Queenstown Centre & transport to ski fields. Well equipped self contained apartment. Close to all activities in Queenstown.
Stunning views of Lake Wakitpu and snow covered mountains from warm and cozy lounge room. Full size balcony. Very spacious accommodation, 2 bedrooms both with full bathrooms and balcony. Modern clean kitchen, full size fridge/freezer, good cooking facilities. Excellent heating. Internal Laundry facilities. Secure garage for storage of car or ski gear. An easy 10 minute walk into town. The position, views and quality of this accommodation well worth the walk.

Was OK,but wouldn't go backPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Was in the city centre
Cons: Safety We were not informed when the electrician came to fix the light, we were not home, and after that, the door was left open which is very unsafe
Location: You can basically walk anywhere, its 10-15min walk to Furgburger and other nice restaurants.
Didn't find our stay very comfortable and the stuff wasn't very quick in fixing the issues that we had with the room. Wouldn't like to go into too much detail. Thank you to the lady for paying for the cab though.

Beautiful stay at Element EscapesPosted Sep 9, 2014 on Hotels
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 9 nights and loved every minute of it. The place was modern, clean, homely and cozy. The kitchen had most essentials (missing a few things that would be nice like a cutting board) and allowed us to cook breakfasts and dinner some nights. The fire and couch area was lovely, the only downside was the fire was a bit temperamental. The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing! I would highly recommend this place!!!! It's great

Apartment on the hillPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: the facility and amenities
Cons: Hire a property manager who has a hospitality background and care's about the job.
Location: Location was excellent! Close enough to city center but away enough from the night life. Please note the hill to get up to the apartment is very steep
First I want to say the space met all my expectation. Clean, spacious, modern, amenities and location was great however not everything worked and head of management Andrew was terrible. I paid $2000 for a week and upon arrival was informed of a water leak in the bathroom and although leak wasn't a tremendous inconvenience other things were and it just went down hill from there. Things like the bedroom door handles falling off, the overhead light of the stove not working and falling out...where just the tip of the iceberg. It was the loud music, yelling and partying till 1:30am at the apartment next door on the same property that was the straw that broke the camels back. Again I paid $$$ to be away from the "backpackers and partying" scene. When I finally was able to talk head of management, Andrew, at 1pm the next day he's explanation was that he was out hunting the night before and didn't check his messages. From that piont on I realize not only did he not care about his job but he had not sense of how to run or manage a hospitality business. With that said, Tania who is the point person for reservations was excellent even though she had limited say or power when it came to major problems.

Comfy Apartment Close to TownPosted Aug 22, 2014
Cons: The cookware need to be replaced. The handle of the only frying pan was falling off. An extra housekeeping visit would be nice to refresh the apt.
We stayed in a apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bath) for 11 nites in July. The apartment was modern yet cosy; complete wif a gas fireplace (nice!). There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, great convenience. There were some books, magazines and board game for the guests (nice touch). We had mountain and partial lake view (gota get onto the deck to look out) from the apartment; won't bother paying the extras for the view if we return next time. It didn't bother us that there isn't an on-site management; we found the apartment and got the key easily. Appliances are relatively new and working. Towels and beddings were changed once over the whole stay. There were sufficient crockery for our family but the cookware should probably be replaced soon (the only frying pan was falling apart). The only thing I wish we had in the apartment was a bathtub...

Lovely warm accommodation near the lakePosted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Warm and very quiet, no noise from the busy road above. Very spacious too.
Cons: A BIG sign on Frankton Rd would have saved us half an hour to find the place!
Location: Great location - easy access to town, and both the big skifields
Beautifully warm when we arrived on a freezing winter's day. Very spacious apartment with very comfy beds and a great view. Only criticism is that it was extremely difficult to find as there is no signage on Frankton Rd. Had to drive back and forwards along busy rd, multiple U-turns, before finding it. Apart from that, loved our stay.

Nice Apartment with lovely views of QueenstownPosted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: Nice place to stay with a young family and not have to worry about others in the neighboring rooms
Cons: We stayed for 7 nights, would have been nice to have had the room refreshed halfway in our stay.
Location: Walking distance to Queenstown itself and not far from the airport.
Great apartment with ample room, free WIFI and nicely furnished. The complex is also very quiet.
