“nice hotel”
Everything was fine, excellent option for a good price.
“Sneaky King size room”
The hotel its self was great. We had a one bedroom unit. The only thing that i didnt like about it was the fact they attached two single bed to make the King bed. It was quite uncomfortable as the beds moved apart. But apart from that very nice hotel.
“Better than satisfactory”
Facilities: Clean and overall better than satisfactory. Car park: Convenient and secure, has lift direct from basement to higher floors. Paid internet: 2 internet computers can be used at the reception lounge, but only one computer connected to the printer. The staff was so kind to change the computer free of charge so that we can print out the boarding pass when we checked in on-line. Location: Quiet and nice environment. 10min. walk from the small Queestown city center, down a slope and then along the lake side. On the way to Glenochy, a fine trip along the coast of the lake. Food standard: 2 Chinese restaurants we tried in the city center are just pass.
“Loved our Villa”
We stayed in one of the lake view three bedroom villas at the Heritage Queenstown and I can't wait to go back with my whole family. The villas are modern and comfortable, with stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Kitchen is fully furnished and makes cooking fun. The living area has a gas fireplace and french doors. Upstairs, the master bedroom has french doors opening to a small balcony and private bath with a large window, both overlooking that beautiful view. Two smaller bedrooms share a bath. And there is a washer/dryer in a closet in the hall. Located in a quiet spot just minutes out of town. Perfect home base for exploring the many beautiful attractions of the south island.
“Like Colorado”
The hotel is very much like the ski lodges in Aspen and Vail and was very confortable. We stayed there Oct. 1-4, and it snowed in town for only the second time in the season! The trip to Milford Sound is well worth the time it takes and is spectacular! We went the first day of our stay and were glad we did, as the following day the trip was cancelled due to the snow.
“Great View”
Worth the upgrade to deluxe lake view room! Waking up every morning to one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen.
“Nice Stay”
Enjoyed our stay... loved Queenstown.
“A beautifull location with a lovely view”
Our stay was all my daughter and I could have wished for, a warm room soft beds and a view from our balcony picture postcard. Will return with other members of my family.
“Good Hotel”
Great hotel. Very clean, big and comfy and not far from the center of town.
“Queenstown Digs”
Big Hotel...not intimate, boutique 6 room romantic B&B. But, immaculate rooms. We did not request a view of the lake but got a wonderful view! It is a bit removed from town (10-15 minute walk)but the hotel provides a pass for the local bus that stops in front and it runs constantly. Lots of amenities (pool, spa, gym etc.). Very OK. We would go there again. L&B
