Pros: Staff, location

Staff were amazing, really had the best service! Food good, got upgraded as we were on honeymoon. It was a great place to base yourself at.

It's nowhere near a 5 star hotel.Posted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
It's old and run down. The service wasn't great. I won't be staying there again. Very disappointed, considering the price I paid for it.

Good butPosted Aug 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
NIce place - nice service. We found the room noisy in that there was a low hum presumably from the extraction system in the bathroom that could not be shut off - a bit of a nuisance. Also this Hotel desperately needs an express checkout. Busy at time of check out in a fairly restricted lobby space - waited and ended up dumping keys on counter after a 10 min wait

Comfortable and Good ValuePosted Jul 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Millennium Hotel is on the edge of Queenstown, but not far from things. It's a short walk into the main part of town, although down a hill so uphill to return back to the hotel. The hotel does have a shuttle into town from 9 am - 9 pm each day which is nice but if out later than 9 pm, you have to walk or take a cab or bus. I think walking is the better option, as bus and cab are pricey for a short ride. Hotel was clean and my room ready upon my arrival at 3 pm. Spacious room. Comfortable bed, very soft, although the king was adjoined king singles, which did offer an uncomfortable seam in the middle of the bed. Nice bathroom but little counter space, which is slightly annoying. Used the spa pool briefly, but it was not hot enough to really be enjoyable, felt more like bath water. Workout facility looked nice, but I did not use it. I had a lovely room with a garden view. Hotel was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Also convenienetly located on the but route from the airport, making transportation easy.

It's good and clean.Posted Jul 19, 2013
Pros: Hotel's location is good.
Cons: Breakfast, A/C in the room
For a Queenstown hotel - it's fine, excepting for its breakfasts.
