Check in was poor. Room was not ready and I had even through it was after the check in time. Poor communication also as I was asked to take a seat in another area and they would update me in a few mins. 20mins later I was still waiting and had to follow up. Room was nice but there was a lot of noise which made the stay less than ideal.

Property is newer room are large enough , has a nice balcony but I had a street view which was of no use . Check in was quick but took 2 hours to find the parking, manager was not concerned. His attitude was parking is first come basis and suggested to go down hill about two block to find. Hotel lay out is extremely confusing and not a senior friendly hotel at all . Area was very nice and in the heart of night district and there are much more better properties available Bathroom shower was bro

This spot was just outside of the main downtown and served us well for one night. Our room was nicely laid out. There were a few stray hairs in our bathroom but otherwise very clean. Only downside was the on-site breakfast was steep at $30NZD per person which felt a tad high considering the price did not include barista coffee or freshly prepped items like eggs, pancakes or waffles. It was fine, just overpriced.

Spacious rooms at affordable price. Perfect for family. However the mattress has seen better days or maybe it’s time to change to a firmer mattress and pillows. Sags and triggered my backache slightly again. Other than that this is a nice hotel.

We really liked the location of this hotel, walking distance to the town of Queenstown. A great kitchen in the room but could do with a frying pan we were wanting to cook up some fresh salmon but couldnt. The parking was a nightmare for us there wasnt enough parks in the carpark so we were forced to park in the wheel chair parking or else we might have got a ticket on the road. Our last night we got blocked in by a bus and had to leave really early for the airport so a little bit stressful sorting that out. Hot water was cold early in the motel for our showers and the double bed was actually 2 singles they put together and chucked a duvet over the top so was uncomfortable. It was clean and tidy i liked that there was a washing machine and drier which was very handy for us.

This place has everything a traveller could want. Rooms were clean and spacious. They offered all the amenities you need, comfy beds, hand held shower, free bath supplies. The staff was so friendly and helpful. This was our best place to stay in Queenstown. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, super clean & tidy. Good restaurant, enjoyed our dining experience, yummy food. Lovely friendly staff, had exceptional service from Sai, Crystal & lovely Scottish Bar Maid (forgot to get her name), who made me a delicious cocktail. Highly recommend

The room is very comfortable and walkable to all the main attractions. Parking is also available. The minor thing is that some of amenities are getting old and can be replaced or updated. Overall, quite satisfied with my stay.

Scenic suites is a very comfortable place to stay which we have enjoyed on many occasions and never lets us down .Staff are also very friendly and most helpful .The unfortunate things that let Queenstown down are out of the hotels control unfortunately such as the amount of continuing roadworks around the town and the boil water notice that you have to constantly remind yourself of .

The suite has lots of room, it is great to have space to leave suitcase open, to be up if my husband wants to sleep or other way around. When travelling for a 1 1/2 months it almost felt like home with room to move around!

Just to say, we stayed here last year and our room was very substandard and I would never have booked again but by mistake I rebooked in same place again this year and was so pleasantly surprised at how much better our room was. So it was purely by chance we stayed again and gave the hotel a second chance which I'm happy we did.

The staff at the hotel were very good. Room very comfortable. Unfortunately they are still doing renovations, which sometimes make it very nosily. When finished this hotel will be very good.

After being out in the wrong room and then moved the staff had a very hard time understanding they had made a mistake. The following day we received two visits from staff and 3 phone calls to ask which room we were in, who we were and how to spell out names. Not major but all together it irritated me. The breakfast was good. They provided gluten free and dairy free options for me.
