One of the Best in Queenstown lake
Had a best views from all levels of this 3 stores townhouse. Very friendly and great customer service reps (Jude & Ian). Late check in and late checkout were provided to us which we are grateful

Beautiful views of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu with easy access to lakeside path to Queenstown. Awoke to amazing sunrises and birdsong. Quiet and lovely place.

What an amazing family location! Views to die for, and so close to everything. The kids loved the pool, and It was such an easy drive to get anywhere. Will definitely be back!

The well resourced apartment had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The location was ideal and views spectacular. The off road loaction was peaceful. A place we would definitely stay again.

Loved how modern the apartment was. Has everything you need to cook etc. super spacious and the views from the balcony were amazing. My one issue was the bathroom and bedroom being on the ground floor which was a bit inconvenient given my knee issues. That was my only concern with this place.

Friendly hosts, great place to stay for a family. Two areas to improve is free guards for children in apartments and corporate taxi need told to slow down after they nearly ran over my daughter leaving the swimming pool. They were going too fast in the dark.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spinnaker Bay. We were close enough to walk into town, but removed from the hustle and bustle. The unit was large, beautifully appointed, and had a view to die for. We had everything in the kitchen we needed to stay in and cook on the colder nights. It was lovely to have an undercover garage next to the unit too. Jude was very welcoming and helpful, and checking in and out was easy. Didn't get to try the pool, but looked good.

Unbelievably amazing! Well appointed apartments, tidy, clean, quiet, wonderful views. Driving access is modest for very large vehicles (double cab Ute is doable). Wonderful hosts! Very knowledgeable about local region. Will stay again if we can find booking space as they are understandably very popular 👍😍

The location is great. It has a good view of the lake and mountains. Rooms are comfortable. Furniture is little old but ok. A few things need to be mentioned. -Parking is very tight and driveway is curly even for a mid size SUV type car. Has to move around very carefully. -TV sound has a loud scream when first turned on. Scary. -Bathroom sinks have two separate faucets. You either have to use freezing cold water or burning hot water. Can't get warm water. -Front door curtain cannot be closed from inside when you leave the unit. The unit front door is glass so people can see inside completely. -There is no safety deposit box inside the unit.

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday even if you are not into skiing, boating trail bike or walking. Queenstown has plenty of attractions and places to visit; and there are many very good restaurants and dining places. And only 3 hours in a plane from Sydney or Melbourne!

spinnaker aparments are of high standards
We were a family of 6 plus a 4months and 18months old littlies. They provided 2 cots and high chairs. Their generosity with toilet paper, tea/coffee, sugar and lots more was much appreciated. We also enjoyed swimming in the warm pool, although it should be warmer during winter. WIFI was excellent and plenty of pool towels. Daily servicing was fantastic.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The view of the lake was amazing! And the apartment was within walking distance of downtown Queenstown along an easily accessible path by the lake. Highly recommend!

Great location. Very homely feel.
Waking up every morning to the spectacular lake view was a rare treat. We also enjoyed the heated pool everyday after hitting the ski slopes.

Fantastic views and close enough to town to walk
Luxurious, very comfortable, clean and had everything we required. The underfloor heating in the bedrooms and bathrooms was bliss especially being wintertime. The only down being the heated pool and sauna were out of action, they would have been very welcome after a day in the snow to relax and sooth sore muscles.

We had a lovely stay at Spinnaker Bay Apartments. The apartments are very spacious and include everything little thing you will need for your stay. Lovely view. Would love to say we will be back, but it will be a long time until we are in Queenstown again.

The water went off from 2pm to 8pm with no ability to wash hands, shower or drink water. No water or contingency was offered. Expected a discount for significant inconvenience. Also the in-room cleaning wasn't great

Super Lakefront location
Spinnaker Bay is one of our favourite holiday places to stay. 10min walk on Frankton Track to Central Queenstown. With views to the Remarks, Cecil Peak, and right across Lake Wakatipu the location is unbeatable. We had two ensuited bedrooms, both with great views and one with a spa. It had a full kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and cooktop. Also plenty of warmth for the colder months including a fireplace and underfloor heating. This place totally knocks out the 25-35m2 international hotels that are in Queenstown, as there is space for everyone in an apartment style unit.

Fantastic place!
These lakefront condos are so peaceful and scenic yet centrally located between Queenstown and the airport. There is easy access to a lakeside walking trail that will take you into town or around the lake. The units are beautiful and relaxing. They are serviced each day and fully equipped with everything might need. Very, very comfortable. Parking is a bit tight so small cars are recommended, plus gasoline is expensive so small is better. Bus lines run right in front of the complex (check the times and prices ($$). The Management and staff are the best. Top notch! Very friendly and helpful. While they all work very hard, they are always willing to stop and help you out or answer a question. They really try to make your trip enjoyable. There are three grocery stores, PAC-N-Save, Whole World or Countdown. Food is expensive, plan accordingly. PAC-n-Save ($), Countdown($$), Whole World($$) great deli and bakery and close. In general, New Zealand, Queenstown and the surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful and majestic. You truly will love your stay here!

These apartments are a little bit older than some of the nearby offerings but the location is superb, our unit was a bit lower but with nothing between us and the water. Three different balconies but each one small, would be really great for a couple, a bit crowded for two couples. The view is to die for. All facilities clean, friendly staff, unit serviced daily, I would book this again. Two full bathrooms, two king beds, full kitchen, no issues.

We had a great stay here. It was an easy 20 minute walk into town and our apartment was very spacious and clean. Our only problem was the car park. We had a larger SUV and it was almost impossible to back it out again. I would definitely come back again but we wouldn’t bother about bringing the car. We really didn’t need it in Queenstown anyway.

I stayed here with my wife and a kid around the 2017 Christmas time for 5 nights. The view of the lake Wakatipu from the living room and the balcony was spectacular. Whilst the view delighted us, we were really upset by few interactions we had with the property manager. In one of the instance - as there is a very narrow passage for vehicles to pass through the reception area to your allocated car park, we were once blocked by a new visitor's car and another parked van leaving only a very little angular passage for vehicles to pass. I waited for few minutes and then approached the manager at the reception to have either of the vehicles to make some way for us which should have taken less than a minute for her to have it sorted. However, I was first asked to try make my way through that narrow passage between the car and the van. I didn't do that as I I did not want to risk for my rented car. Then I was asked by the manager to wait for a minute which lasted for about 15 minutes of wait inside our car on a hot sunny day. I was at least hoping the manager to just have the basic courtesy to say sorry to us after having made us wait so long which she didn't and we ended up waiting for the new visitor to clear his car at his own sweet time. This was the most ridiculous and most unprofessional behaviour I have ever experienced during my stay at any hotel. Regarding the room service, one day we found that only one bed was done out of two beds, the liquid soaps were not timely refilled

Spacious apartment with full suit of appliances.
stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious with unobstructed Lake Wakatipu view. even comes with dishwasher and bbq. However, the apartment is a bit out-dated and could do with some fresh make-over. Rooms could also do with more power point outlets as couldn’t find sufficient outlets to plug in the bed heating sockets. This is mitigated with separate heaters in each room.

Spacious 2 level apartment with kitchen, full size refrigerator, microwave, in apt laundry, and fireplace. Great views of the lake every morning. Each apartment has a garage for parking. The problem is the complex is on a large slope so it was a bit difficult getting into the garage. There are a couple easy parking spots though if you aren't good at driving.

Stunning location
We had a 3 bedroom apartment for a week .. stunning views...clean and comfortable. There was daily housekeeping which was wonderful. Spinnaker Bay is only a few mins from the town centre ... great location. We truly loved our stay here...could not have asked for anything more...waking up each day to sit on the balcony and take in our amazing views was just the start needed to go and enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer!. We have no hesitation in recommending Spinnaker Bay to any traveller...you won't regret it!.

Magnificent location and great facilities
Superb lake front on quiet side of road. Close to town. Facilities excellent for extended stay. Well equipped kitchen. Fireplace. Would definitely highly recommend for families.
