Good... not great

Overall, not bad. The room was clean with a nice view of the ocean. The mattress was older and not very comfy. I would probably stay there again when passing through southern CR.

good hotel nice veiw

Pros: clean comfortable
Cons: no ice machine had to ask at kitchen
Location: great location nrxy to beach but noy much parking
suday afternoon bongo drummers at beach unable to even think from noise

Pros: friendly staff
Cons: BREAKFAST!
Location: Manuel Antonio Park was delightful. A guide is unnecessary.
The staff was very friendly. Rooms were small, with small cots instead of twin beds. Only real complaint was an absolutely disgusting free breakfast - no butter; plain, tasteless bread; tired fruit.

it wont worth your money

We were put in the second floor in the first floor was a casino and in the third floor the restaurant, in the night we heard all the noise from the casino and we woke up with the sound of chairs being moved in the restaurant. It was impossible to sleep.

On the beach

Pros: Great location...but we had to park our car on the street.
If you book a room do not stay on the street side...you will not be able to sleep. After one night we requested a room pool side...much, much better

Rooms were clean and good.Limited street parking in a bad neighborhood. WiFi did not work at all and front desk staff were unfriendly and had a don't care mentality

FROM THE POOL AREA I OBSERVED THE CLEANING STAFF CLEANING THE HOTEL ROOM DOORS EXTERIORS W/ A HIGH LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM. THE CLEANING STAFF IS DEDICATED . BW KAMUK HAVE A GOOD SYSTEM & STAFF. THE ROOMS ARE OK, THE BATHROOMS ARE VERY NICE. THE AC SYSTEM COULD USE AN UPGRADE. A NEGATIVE- THE BW 'CHARGES' $3 A DAY FOR 'RENTING' THE SAFE KEY. IT SHOULD BE INCLUDED W/O A DOUBT. WHEN IN QUEPOS - THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY. DEC/ 2013.
