Very nice, quite and small place.

Posted Aug 5, 2013
Pros: Location
Cons: The swimming pool should be repaired.
Location: About 5 miles to the Manuel Antonio National Park, walking distance to the supermarket, drugstore, etc.
The places is well locate, NO ocean view (in case you are wondering). The pool could be fixed because the place seems to be very new but the swimming pool had some pieces off the fluor.

Gets The Job Done

Posted Apr 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
iIt was great to have a condo for our trip, its not in the best of locations to be sure but its close to Quepos and close to Manuel Antonio. Don't plan on going for walks from this location, you are in a gated complex due to the neighborhood but we always felt safe. Pool area is nice, rooms have full kitchens and that is a real plus.

Clean condo-hotel away from town

Posted Mar 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hacienda Pacifica is a very clean condo-hotel. The apartments are one bedroom apartments along an outside corridor, and the two-floor, two-bedroom villas have four units to a building. They both feel more like a condo or apartment than a hotel, and rightly so because some people live here long-term. Don't expect room service, daily cleanings, or typical hotel amenities. The place is hard to find if you are not familiar with Quepos and it is 800 meters from the town. There are no restaurants on the premise - you have to drive back to town. There is a nice pool on the grounds. Overall a nice, clean place.

Costa Rica

Pros: It was clean and the office staff were very helpful
Cons: Hard to regulate room temperature. No scenery.
Location: If you don't have a car it is far to Manuel Antonio Park
The air conditioning did not work well. The distance to Manuel Antonio park was 7 km and I was told by expedia that it was only 2 km. The office staff however were very accomadating and helpful at the Hacienda Pacifica

Great Condo Hotel in Quepos

Posted Aug 19, 2012
Great Condo and very close to Manuel Antonio! It's about one km up the hill from Quepos, but we did have trouble finding it. You need to find the Pali Supermarket in town and then make your way up the hill. The condo complex was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Worked very well for us as a family of four, because a lot of the other places in Manuel Antonio are a lot more expensive for the value.

We also have parking at the beach next to Karahé but it is sure convenience to have that beach access and the use of the pool and restaurant there, kind of our beach club! Hopefully we can have you as a guest in a near future again. Thank you for your comment! Pura Vida

Nice Townhome

Posted Jan 4, 2012 on Hotels.com
This is a town home and not a resort. Not many amenities onsite. It is a mile up the road from town, but not too far away from anything. I would recommend this hotel to people with families or on group travel but not necessarily for the single or couple travelers. The hotel staff was helpful with booking a night tour and anything else we needed. The pool and town home was very nice.

Be Warned

Posted Dec 30, 2011 on Hotels.com
We were lost for 2 hours trying to find this place and my wife is from Costa Rica. Luckily after finding a very nice woman (fishing shop owner in Quepos) she helped us find our hotel. All phone numbers that I was given didn't work, no signs for the hotel anywhere!! Directions said hotel was 1 km west of the main supermarket Pali, but apparently in costa rica the pacific ocean is on the eastern side??? I always thought that the pacific would be towards the west. Anyway, thanks to the kind woman we found it and were pleasantly surprised it was a pretty nice place. Would recommend but only if they fix the directions and phone number disaster.
