Pros: Clean. Modern design.
Cons: Better English. Heat. Shuttles to town.
Location: Literally nothing. Located on the side of a highway 15 minutes from town.
The hotel is new, and the amenities are good. I was cold most of my stay. I couldn't get the heater on (not entirely sure there is heat). Also the lobby and restaurants aren't heated, so it was constantly chilly in and out of the room. The staff spoke very little English. The hotel is located out of town in the middle of nowhere. There are no shops, convenience stores, or public transportation options available at this hotel

Location: Close to the airport and to the center of the city.
I checked in very quickly and they gave me my keys in less than 3 minutes. Staff was very friendly. When I got to the room and opened the door I was surprised to see that the room wasn't made. It was 8PM so there is no excuse to have it that way. I called the front desk and they sent somebody up with a new key for another room. He arrived also very quick but he asked to see the not cleaned room first. After that we got to another room in the same floor and everything was ok with the new room. Staff did apologise but didn't try to complement anything. The lobby does not have heat in the HVAC because it was freezing cold. It was a few degrees higher that the outside temp. Everything else was very good, the staff is super friendly, the decor is modern, clean and in great condition.

Pros: QUIET. Restaurant. Pool. Gymnasium.
Cons: A hair dryer in the room
Location: Near the bus station that offers transportation to all of Mexico and the USA. Reasonably close to QRO airport, historic city center, and shopping.
My third stay at this nice hotel close to Queretaro. They have a shuttle to take you into the city for shopping or out to the airport to catch a flight. Clean and comfortable. Good restaurant. The indoor pool, saunas, and gymnasium are also a plus. I will stay at this hotel in the future.

All in all this hotel was very nice. The room was fantastic and the Hotel was very clean! There is always at least one person on staff who speaks English. If you are going to see the city I would suggest staying in more of an inner city hotel. To get anywhere from the Casa inn you have to take a shuttle bus or cab, nothing is walking distance. The view in all directions is amazing as well.

Great hotel. The food is a must...authentic mexican! Hotel has great customer service. Location is bit away from the historic downtown area, however the hotel has shuttle service for a fee. This is our second time staying at this hotel and both times we have felt very welcome.
