DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Queretaro

Very good hotel, great staff, and excellent room service. The only thing that the hotel is far from the historic center and you need to take a cab to go there. But, if you go to Quer�taro to see a Futbol game is very close (walking distance) to the Stadium. There's a supermarket and a small shopping area just in front of the hotel.

The one hotel where I found no fault at all. Not for families who want a large open-air pool with gardens, but perfect otherwise.

Usually in Hilton hotels breakfast is free. Here is not like that...

The whole structure of the hotel is small, elevator is very narrow, hallways and rooms are narrow and furniture is cramped. At checkout we were being charged with hundreds of pesos on telephone calls we did not make and it took a few strong words for the staff to understand and settle that we had not made those calls.

I was surprised to notice that this hotel does not meet Hilton's standards, some examples: plugs in the bathroom did not work, I called 4 times and they didn't fix it; air condition didn't work as it was impossible to change the pre-set temparature, once again I called someone showed up and left but they never told me it couldn't be fixed; no toilet paper in the lobby's bathrrom; TVs in the gym do not work... I guess you get the picture

The hotel has all basics You need. No luxories. Room confort is the best part.

Very clean room,very friendly staff,espcially English speaking waiter in bar and restaurant.Could use a bathtub.

The surroundings of the hotel were not nice but the hotel overall was excellent.
