Terrible. Not worth the price at all. Old, deteriorated, smelly. Old towels, no shampoo. Old floors, no heating. Should not be expedia VIP at all

The room was dirty, specially the bathroom. There was mold and rust stains in the walls. The toilet accessories were broken/needed fixing, the toilet paper holder was not well fixed. The bed sheets and towels had stains. The staff was kind and helpful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable due to the state of the facilities. I won't be coming back.

The hotel was listed as accepting mascoras. When I made the reservation I disclosed that I had a flightless bird. The reservation was confirmed. When I got to the hotel, after six hours of traveling and a doctor's appointment ugh, they said they don't take pets only dogs. I told them To check the confirmation and if they didn't want me to stay there, they could find a hotel that would take a bird and call a taxi and provide the transportation to get to the new hotel. They said they couldn't do that either. Then they told me that it was going to cost more money. I told them I was already paying more money for 2 beds when I had reserved a room with one bed. And I asked for the single room and then they said that this was the only room that pets were allowed to stay in. Then they wanted to charge my credit card a voucher fee of 500 pesos just In case? They proceeded to charge my card and extra 500 pesos which they said they were not going to point. I was hurting. I was tired and I just wanted to lie down. I told them we would finish the conversation in the morning and that they needed to give me a key to this room that happened to be hike from the reception desk. Then the kid didn't work and I had to hike back to the receptiondesk to get help to open the door. The hamburger I ordered was very good and I thought, maybe that was going to be the end of it. But I woke up to 2 cockroaches running around the room. There was a coffee machine and no coffee cups, and more of a debate trying to check out

The property had a nice lay out, friendly staff. The water in the pool did not appear properly filtered. Lay out of room was outdated, food not up to par. Acess was very difficult (due to construction, management did not bother to notify incoming guests.)

Great location and service, needs maintenance
The hotel is very well located, with ease access to the main roads. Breakfast was excellent, with great service. The rooms although clean, feel dated with need of some maintenenance.

Nice and comfortable small hotel.
It was a great stay with just one or two negatives. The main blanket and the sheet covering the mattress had a stain when we arrived. They forgot to clean the room on the second day. They cleaned it right away when si let the front desk know about it. Besides those little negatives, it was a great stay; the man helping with laugage was really nice and room service was excellent as well. The bed and A/C were really nice and comfy. I really recommend it. It's very close to shopping malls and not to far from Vernal and Tequisquiapan. Amazing towns!!

Muy buen Hotel
Las habitaciones son súper cómodas, la atención del personal es muy buena, no había mucha gente y los servicios como el restaurante y la alberca estaban limitados debido a la pandemia pero aún así se pueden ocupar.

Excellent service. Made accommodations to store my food that didn’t fit in the loft freezer into their kitchen freezer. Since I had a long international flight and wanted to make sure the food I was taking back made it there fresh. Very affordable and clean.

El hotel es bonito pero le falta mucha limpieza y mantenimiento en diferentes aspectos, por ejemplo, en el baño de mi habitación la puerta del baño y la regadera en si, estan en mal estado, también una de las camas tiene el colchón en mal estado. El gimasio muy sucio y mal oliente. Pero el personal, excelente. Un agradecimiento especial para Guadalupe de recepción, quien atendió 3 peticiones de manera puntual y extraordinaria.

Good location, food options are excellent and tasted great, hotel is a but dated...pool area looks nice. Great option for a lower priced hotel...bedding and pillows were ok, but not great.
