The HVAC unit is very loud. There is very little to no barrier for sound from outside noise, very loud. You can also hear hear everything between units, especially from above. If they are going to stay up late, you will not get any sleep!

Staff at desk were very friendly, restaurant closed on Mondays and doesn't open till 11am. This is not good for people looking for breakfast. Hotel is old, they have done well trying to update.

The people working in any part of the hotel were friendly and quick to help. Was there during some major snow falls and they were all over getting the snow removed, sidewalks safe. Restaurant food is good.

The hotel is good. It is centrally located and surrounded by everything you need. Rooms are clean and comfortable and are reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

It is an older hotel so if you are looking for a three star or more, this isn’t it. For the price it met expectations. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were courteous, the resturaunt/lounge are what I you expect for this hotel. Overall suited our needs for a good sleep.

It is so comfortable. The bedding I had to check where they got the bedspread because I would like one. I liked the big shower as opposed to a bathtub.

Located in the center of Quesnel, this hotel is a bit of a hidden gem. Very clean throughout, quiet, good dining, and plenty of parking, this hotel also provides their rooms at an exceptionally cheap rate.

I booked online and upon arrival, the front desk clerk said let me move you to a quieter room. The room he gave us was on the top floor, at the farthest end of the hall…the room was tiny, with no closet, and before we had a chance to open our luggage, our door was opened by another employee who thought the room was empty. Also, there was a robe hanging in the bathroom belonging to, I presume, a previous guest. We won’t be returning!

Have stayed here before. Good value. Rooms are small. Could hear people in room above us and in the hall, luckily we were near the end of the hallway. Bed is comfortable. Only complaint is the carpet was stained which made me want to keep my shoes until I went to bed. Rest of room was clean. I wished the fellow checking me out would have asked how my stay was and I would have told him about the carpet.
