“Great hotel for the price”

We stayed at the Adams Inn three nights and enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean and a lot bigger, quieter, and cheaper than the hotel we stayed at in downtown Boston. The T (Boston’s subway) stop is an easy ten-minute walk away; however, it is a little too far when carrying luggage. With the T stop so close there are few reasons to pay more to stay closer to Boston. There were only two restaurants within walking distance of the Adams Inn—Applebee’s and Panera. There was also a Dunkin Donuts close also. A note on the T—you can buy a $15 pass that provides unlimited subway, bus, and ferry access for seven days. My wife and I had never used a subway or any other public transportation before this trip and we figured out the subway easily. If you plan to use the hotel’s free shuttle to the airport, be sure to let the desk worker know the day before. We let them know we needed the shuttle the day before we were leaving and they put us on the list. We checked with the desk worker later that evening to be sure we were still on the list and found out the shuttle was overbooked. The desk worker told us they arranged for taxis to take the extra people to the airport and gave them a voucher for the taxi fare and tip.

The staff at this hotel was the best I have ever dealt with. They were so helpful in answering all of my questions and the shuttle was incredible!

“Good Value”

Good Value hotel just outside boston, a 10 min walk from "T". Also the "T" staff were very helpful, and called the hotel for us. The Hotel also operates a shuttle to South Station, on your date of checking out. we left our luggage there for the day, so we could spend time in Boston, then picked up luggage before going to Logan.

“Great Hotel for visiting Boston”

Location was great for travellers with a car, just off the highway to Boston. Hotel was a little hard to get to though even with directions (because it's sort of next to a bridge). Great service from everyone. Recommended for families with young children especially when the pool is open. The complimentary cook-to-order breakfast was above our expectation both in terms of quality and quantity. There's a Domino's within walking distance and a Chinese restaurant nearby, if you choose not to dine at the hotel restaurant. Will definitely go back when visiting Boston again.

“A quality experience”

My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was adequate in size, with quality toiletries and plenty of towels. The complementary breakfast was served in a low-key, quiet room with interesting decor. The service was discreet, friendly and prompt. The menu for lunch/dinner was extensive and reasonably priced. All the staff at the hotel were courteous, helpful and kind. The T station for the subway to Boston City is an easy 10-minute walk away. The train ran regularly. The shuttle service back to the airport was efficient and the driver friendly and courteous.

“Good Stay”

This was a great hotel. The shuttle arrived and left for the airport right on time with a courteous driver. The breakfast was good. I just wish there were a few more food places around.

“Tricky to get to; well worth the effort”

This was our second stay at the Adams Inn. Getting there is tricky--from the south, you have to bear right and circle under a bridge ramp to get there, and the turn is easy to miss. It's even trickier if you're arriving from the north--when you come off the Neponssett Bridge ramp you're past the hotel and have to circle back. The hotel is well worth the effort, though. The rooms are a good size, beds are comfy, the staff is pleasant and the continental breakfast good. Tea and coffee are available all day. It's worth the slight extra charge for a water view room, although there was work being done on the bridge during our stay and the work started at about 7 am. It's close to a Red Line T station, so it's convenient for visiting Boston.

“Little golden nugget.”

This hotel was great. We had a waterfront room with a view of the sunset. We had a fantastic time with great food, a nice outdoor pool, and a comforable room.
