“Will definitely recommend it to others.”
Well positioned, 10 minutes from metro to get to Boston, and not far from main roads to get out of Boston. Hotel very comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. Our room had good view overlooking river. Open air terrace a bonus, for breakfast and evening drinks. Our only complaint : although air conditioning worked fine, we would have preferred a window that opened - maybe all American hotels are like this.
“Satisfied except.......Toms River, NJ”
The hotel staff was pleasant, the hotel itself was very clean, the Pub and restaurant was charming, and breakfast choice ( free) was a great perk. We dined at night at the pub...sitting outside on the river........... It was a very beautiful and serene experience gazing at the lights on the river shore while listeniing to Jimmie Buffett.. We stayed four nights. The room was clean but had a terrible musty odor and the bathroom floor never seemed to be clean after the first night. Although I had been pre-warned (from other reviews) about the hotel being difficult to find...I missed the turn three times ( I have a GPS) before finally asking a policeman for directions Overall, I was satisfied. The price vs value justified.
“Convenient and Good Price”
The hotel was a great place to stay when visiting Boston on a budget. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers who picked us up at the airport and drove us to the T stop when the weather was back. The T stop is a short walk away, but the shuttle was perfect for a snowy day. The breakfast was nice. The room was spacious, even if the bed/pillows were not terribly comfortable. Great value for the price.
“Very nice view”
The hotel is idealy located. The station to Boston downtown is at walking distance, but maybe a little bit far if you are travelling with children.
“Would stay there again”
Very convenient to train into the city. Satisfied with the room.
“Good value hotel for Boston”
Price much lower than Boston city centre - convenient to T station, courtesy bus to/from airport, free breakfast, pub in hotel, friendly & helpful staff. I can thoroughly recommend a stay at Quincy Best Western!
“Would return”
Even in process of remodeling things were neat and tidy. Continental breakfast was very good.
“Good value nice hotel close to the T - will stay here again”
We wanted a nice hotel with breakfast included close to a Metro station at a reasonable price. The Adams inn met this perfectly it was a 15 minute walk to the T the room was nice and the breakfast good all at much less than the more central hotels. Our room had a lovely view across the river we will stay here again. It also had free transfers to the airport.
“served my purpose”
wanted a hotel with a close commute to Boston Convention Center without the high Boston City price it worked well, would consider it again next year
“Met and Exceeded My Expectations”
We stayed at the Adams Inn June 2010 and the access to the T-station was the reason I booked it. Easy short walk and never touched the car once! It is very reasonably priced for the quick access to the T and had all the comforts we needed. We bought the unlimited 7-day Charlie Pass for $15 for sightseeing and could hop around subways as much as needed. The hotel is difficult to find from the highway, as is noted in other reviews. The staff was excellent and accommodated all requests. There was no wireless internet in the room as promised and the staff tried numerous ways to correct this (it was due to steel beams in wall) so they gave us another room. It was spacious and had all amenties. Full breakfast was a delightful bonus. I would absolutely stay there again to have easy access to downtown Boston!
