Nice hotel but they charge water and parking

It was nice hotel And kind person at check in desk But using shuttle bus was not Easy

Rooms clean , abit tight in spots , no mini fridge, no safe. Has a "no noise policy". Restaurant very disappointing - if your looking for a fine meal you won't get it here. But for a beer or wine it will do. I thought Marriots were a bit more upscale but not this one. Kind of a fancy motel.

A less than stellar review is unquestionably not the impression we want our guests to be left with after visiting our hotel. I sincerely apologize for the experience and hope you have the opportunity to see our fresh sheet menu if you return in the future. Friendly staff, good hotel

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the free hotel shuttle to/from the nearby MBTA station.
Cons: Free wireless Internet access in the rooms, and why can't parking be free?
Location: Not much nearby that I could tell.
Only two things I didn't like: 1. Overnight parking is $12. That's excessive to me. 2. No free wireless Internet access in the rooms, only in the lobby.

Awesome hotel!

The Quincy Marriott took such great care of us! The rooms were clean and luxurious and the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They bent over backwards to ensure we were able to check in early and that they were able to fill our special room requests. The hotel shuttle drivers were so friendly and polite too. On our final day, we arrived back from Fenway late due to construction on the subway. The concierge arranged private car service for us to the ensure we were able to make our flight when cab service was delayed. Overall an excellent experience!

Clean and decent hotel. Close to T

Hotel was clean, provided shuttle service to the T for public transportation. We had an end room which other than some loud hallway guests early in the morning it was quiet.

Way too far from downtown!!!

The T was close, but still a 30-40 min. Ride to downtown including times we had to get off, get a shuttle bus, then get back on the T. Hotel had NOTHING even close to it in terms of a convenience store, restaurants, etc. Extremely isolated!

I’m so sorry to hear of your disappointment. It seems as though there may have been some work being conducted on the “T” since a shuttle service interrupted the ride. This does not happen on a typical trip into Boston from the hotel. In the future we will be sure to look at any interruptions to service that may affect our guests. Thanks for the feedback.

Faraway hotel

Even though the hotel was nice and with friendly staff but for the whole stay we were bothered by loud people in the asiles.

At 5 am my Alamo rental car broke down. The hotel staff was very helpful and had me up and running in 15 minutes.

Pricey stay at the Marriot

The hotel and staff including the room were all that was expected. Exception: at every turn I felt like I was being nickel and dimed for conveniences that every other hotel I've stayed at was included. Examples: Parking was 12$! Come on?! Who has to pay for parking at a hotel they've booked that wasn't even downtown? Wifi/internet was 12.95$ or 14.95$ a day. Even Motel 6 offers free Wifi! Maybe I am expecting too much, but modern conveniences such as free parking for paying guests and internet access should be standard. Room was comfortable though. If I ever stay here again, I'll walk to the hotel. I ended up using my cell coverage for internet access.

We are close enough in proximity to the “T” so you may walk; however, we have a free shuttle service to and from the hotel throughout the day. In addition, the internet is free in the lobby for our hotel guests. If you prefer a hotel with limited amenities, we have Courtyard by Marriott that is not too far and has the complimentary Wi-Fi and parking in place of the full service restaurant and room service.

Nice hotel!

Pros: nice, clean, proximity to train, restaurants, and shopping
We are always looking for a good fit for us during the Boston Marathon. This appears to be it! You can eat on the premises, good food! You also have a plethora of local restaurants and shopping opportunities in near by towns. The train station is less than a mile away and there is early morning shuttle service available, during the week. The rooms are very nice, neat, and clean looking! My mom said it was "like sleeping on a cloud"!! I will be booking another room here next year!!
