Could not get assistance with luggage and bellman was flippant and disrespectful. No hair dryer in the room. Shower water pressure was awful

tom, My apologies for the less than warm reception you received at the Quincy Marriott. I will be sure to review with the team, and have engineering look in to the water pressure as this is not something that comes up often. For future visits, which I hope there will be, our hairdryers are located in bags in the closet.

This hotel is 30 min away from Boston, close to shopping and restaurants. Ideal for couples, and family, really anyone. Located on a hill, with a nice view of the city, but away from the crowd. Recommend it, and would come back again. Wish the breakfast had more variety and better prepared.

Great Hotel

Room was great! Staff was friendly and food was great. 15 minutes from Boston and 30 minutes from Gillette Stadium. Great Hotel if I return to Boston I will gladly return to this hotel.

Pros: cleanliness, good restaurant, comfortable nice room
Cons: noise of elevator was in room 533 close to elevator and could hear during the night.
Everything was great except our room was close to the elevators and we could hear it during the night. Otherwise, great bed, great shower, nice and clean and close to family. WIll stay again.

OK hotel, not walking friendly

Pros: Clean, comfortable beds.
Cons: See experience
Location: Location was on top a hill, nowhere even remotely close to walk to. Took a cab 3 days straight to get to the stores, shops, food and ent.
Ordered handicap accessible room, didn't get it and moved the 2nd night to 8th floor to 4th floor. Steak at the restaurant was ordered medium rare, was medium to medium well. Overpriced menu.

Planned a girls trip for a weekend in Boston. Hotel staff was exceptional and friendly. They offer a free shuttle from the hotel to the 'T'. Super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel close to Boston

I stayed here with friends after a night out in Boston. Hotel was very close to the T via cab or complimentary hotel shuttle service. I wish I caught the name of the man who checked us in because he was extremely helpful and friendly and provided us with shuttle and T information and a map of the area! He even warned us that a couple red line stops were under construction so we should prepare for a slight delay in our travels. All in all I had a great experience with this hotel!

Without traffic, great place & close to the city.

Location: Close to the Boston Garden...about a 15 minute drive.
I decided to stay at this hotel because I didn't want to drive back to NH after a Thursday night Bruins game. After the fact, I should have chosen a hotel north of the city so we didn't get caught up in traffic. However, the young lady who checked us in was super helpful & quick, the room was clean & comfortable and the food at the bar for a late night dinner and breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Even considering we walked in five minutes before the kitchen closed for the night, they were more than willing to accommodate us. Overall, the rate, the room & the staff were all great!!

Quincy Marriott - A Wonderful Stay!

We arrived early and hotel staff were able to get us checked in immediately. Such a relief to leave our bags in our room and freshen up before touring Boston. Loved the hotel shuttle to the "T" & Logan shuttle. Staff were friendly and informative and always on time. This has been one of our favorite places to stay away from home. We only have one small complaint - the pillows were too hard or over filled. Would have preferred softer ones. Thanks for the awesome room!
