Pros: Proximity to where I needed to be.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: Work the Home Show.

We stayed overnight after driving for 8 hours. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, exactly what we needed. The breakfast has hot and cold options including premade cheese omelettes and make your own waffles. There were minor issues with the building that diddn't effect my visit but were interesting. The wood trim over the elevator door is upside down, the caulk in the shower was not professional, and the sprinkler in our room was rusty and corodded-not a big deal at all.

Pros: Location
Cons: Have someone man the desk after hours
Person that initially checked me in was not very "welcoming", which is unfortunate for this hotel, as most others I dealt with were pleasant and very accommodating. First impressions are very important. According to the hotel Expedia did not request a non-smoking room and I was placed into a smoking room. I immediately requested another room and was told they could accomodate my request, but for only one night. They subsequently allowed me a n/s room for the two nights. On Saturday evening a boy's baseball team had booked into the hotel, and for most of the evening I was serenaded by the sounds of 16 year-old boys yelling and running up and down the halls. I called the front desk, but no one answered.

The only thing that I can say bad is the pool had been drained and closed. We wish we would have known that, However,bee didn't get in until 8:30, the desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. She gave us an excellent dinner recommendation that we could walk to easily. I definitely would recommend.
