“Won't Return”
The hotel was fairly satisfactory, although it is a huge factory and impersonal. I deeply resented that they charged for parking each night of our stay and that wireless/wired interview was charged as a daily add-on.
“Great hotel great staff at outstanding price”
I was very happy with the hotel overall there was nothing I needed asked for or realistically. wanted that the staff wasn't will to accommodate. the food was suburb. and more than fair priced. This will be our hotel of. on our visits to relatives. in both Quick and Randolph.
“Had noisy nieghbors did not get much sleep”
Had noisy nieghbors did not get much sleep. Should have called front desk to fix problem. Was too tired to think
“Great Hotel”
Great Hotel can't wait to go back!
“Good value for a nice hotel”
Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I did notice that housekeeping did not stock up on the toiletries in my room the first night I was there. Also, the road leading to the hotel was pretty bad. There were a lot of potholes along the way.
“I would use again”
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Weekend rates reasonable. They provided a shuttle to closest Tstaion so getting into Boston was easy.
“Nice stay”
The hotel room and service is excellent. The distance from the transit station isn't bad and the complimentary shuttle helps, but if you return to the hotel late, the hike up the hill to the hotel is tiring. Perhaps the hotel could make a walkpath from the street to the parking garage so guests could us the garage elevator?
“Good aternative to airport hotel”
Nice, clean, thoroughly modern place with friendly staff. The gym is modern, relatively large, and well equipped with state of the art equipment. The rooms have been recently renovated, and are taseteful, the bed very comfortable, the room nice and quiet. You can get free wireless in the lobby, though it was malfunctioning when I was there. Easy quick trip to the airport in the morning if you leave before 7AM
“Must pay for Parking!”
Expedia does not tell you this but as of a few months ago, you must pay a daily parking rate here ($6). Yes, even if you are staying overnite. The 2 ladies at the front desk were discussing another patron at length while I stood and waited for several minutes. Finally, I figured I must not be in the right place and asked them if this is where you check in. After being told yes, they continued on not serving me. Other than these 2 things, the hotel was fine.
“Value for money hotel at special rates”
We were luck enough to get a double deluxe room for 3 adults (Mum, Dad and 21yo son) plus breakfast for 2 for special rate. With the aussie dollar high this was good value. With a GPS in our rental car the property was easy to find even late at night. One restaurant (Irish Pub) at the hotel operates late and provided a good food option on our late arrival. The room was more than adequate for our needs whilst in Boston from late Saturday to departure on Monday morning. Having a car was a benefit and made it easy to visit Harvard, get into Boston city (albeit on a Sunday) and to pickup and dine with friends from an airport-located hotel. Breakfast option was good particularly on the Sunday morning with omellette and waffle stations operating. All in all a good value stay that complemented an enjoyable visit to the great city of Boston.
