“Not Impressed”
Unless you absolutely have to, don't stay here. It wasn't the worst place I've stay, but it was far from okay.
“Creepy”
I was creeped out by the room. There was a blood stain on the pillowcase, the lampshade was torn and stained and there were strange stains on the curtains. I was afraid to take my shoes off. When we went to check out there was no one in the office. We finally gave up waiting and just left.

The room was dirty. I slept on top of the bed rather than under the covers. The property looked more from 3rd world country. There was no floor molding and wasn't sure if the carpeting was coming or going. There was remnants left behind from an earlier tenant. It was for one night and traveled solo. If I were there with family, I would had left immediately.
“good option for budget travel...”
I was looking for a cheap hotel near boston area an also near a subway station this was my choice. well, the Hotel is more like a Motel, its OK not luxury but if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay near boston and just going to sleep ( since probably most of the day you are in the city touristing), then is a good option, its clean and comfortable. I will say will appear similar to a motel 6. The hotel is convenient because is about 20 min ( subway) to downtown boston and is aprox 7-10 min short walk from the train station to the hotel and is located in a quiet neighborhood, so no problems getting around.
