Disaster of an area with hookers on every corner..Posted Dec 2, 2013
Not a clean hotel it all.... No heating in the rooms. Pubic hair on the floors and bathroom. Walls are paper thin and can hear conversations in room next to us. Would not even think of going outside at night after our incounter with all the "ladies of the night" every 50 feet and the crazies yelling and screaming up and down the road.

Near MarketPosted Jul 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
We used this hotel before our trip back to the states because it was close to the Mariscal market place that has wonderful crafts and clothes. It worked as a place to rest before a 2:30am trip to airport. It is basic without a safe or bolt lock but worked for our purposes.

Ok for short staysPosted May 28, 2013
Pros: the staff - they were all very friendly, attentive and efficient
Cons: no creature comforts which you can't really expect at the price
Location: the location is great - many restaurants, bars, etc very close by
This hotel is ok for short stays. The price is very reasonable. The rooms are basic.

Close location to MariscalPosted May 13, 2013
Pros: I liked the location in Mariscal.
Cons: Offer heaters if a guest would like one.
Check in was fast and correct. The room was clean but minus any heater if I wanted some heat. The shower was fine with enough hot water. I did have to not flush any toilet paper but this was not a big problem for me. The internet worked fine and the front desk staff were helpful in letting me have my bags held for two extra hours.

They were very helpful during my stay there, helping me with directions on how to get to different places. Very affordable price although the hotel is a little on the noisy side you can hear people coming and going in your room.

I stayed here one night while my flight was the next day for Guayaquil , the WiFi was great and location is in prime area for tourists , I have decided to book this hotel for a few more nights before I go back to Canada , I want to see more of this great city Quito.

A stay with the Addams FamilyPosted Nov 21, 2012 on Hotels.com
In a certain way I loved this convenient hotel. It could get a bit loud-ish because of the high hallways and a central stairway leading up. I found the art, delightful in a 1960s sort of way. The host was ever so interested. Night host, very helpful with info too. I'd stay again. The place is priced right.
